Stay on the fucking point. No one said we're the youngest (or even that youth is our primary issue). But we are younger than 90% of the country, and I count exactly one team worthy of an at-large bid that's younger than we are.

honestly boozie, i just mentioned a couple pages back that we're very young. it's a fact. i wasn't really defending lowe, i wasn't pulling stats, i didn't say there were no teams less experienced that were doing well, i wasn't saying we've been the youngest team for five years, i didn't say that i thought we were the only young team, i haven't said that lowe was the best coach, i've never even said lowe is a good coach. i have said that i support lowe, and i have defended him against some of the crazier "fans" (like you) and their constant attacks. he's our coach right now. and he's a part of ncsu. that doesn't necessarily mean i think he deserves another year.

damn, tt busted. but i thought you were talking about me, or one of the other people involved in this current "argument". its as if you think all the people that engage you in an "argument" are the same person. and did you read the rest of the post you quoted? its like you can't grasp the concept of "supporting your team".

and he did say "under Sid's tenure" at least, and at that point, we had shown that we had the potential to be Sid's best team, especially w/o having tracy for so long (minus the wisc game). i wasn't ready to give up then. i'm still not ready to completely give-up. we've got a lot of talent, and we're very young, and obviously going through some growing pains. i still have hope that we'll pull it together and start playing better. do i think its likely that we'll finish strong? No. No I don't. it's been a very disappointing season, i think we all can agree on that. but i see no point in bashing the team. let the season play out, hope that we play better, and we'll see what happens when it's over.

^I think he was asking if you agree that we're not the only young team. or that you think sid should have at least one more year b/c tracy was injured. or that sid should have been fired after year two. or that he should have never been hired in the first place. it's hard to tell.

If he's asking that, we're not the only young team, but we are one of the youngest in the ACC and nation. You can't deny that. Is that why we suck at basketball right now? Well it's part of the reason.

This is statistically the youngest team that he's had. 08-09 was statistically his most experienced (was 3rd in the ACC that year in experience). What was the problem with that team? McCauley sucks at guarding good big men, Costner was inconsistent and not the same after his injury, Tracy had no idea how to play defense, and our best all-around player played the season at like 80% due to injuries. Oh, and Javi, Degand, and Mays couldn't combine to a decent PG.

LOL at the Jamie Dixon picture. Pittsburgh is like 25x the job that State is right now. They have been the best program in the best conference for a decade over multiple coaches. That would like be like a successful Lowe at NC State leaving to go coach Auburn.
