^ are you talking about in terms of the PCOS? I'm confused by your post [Edited on September 10, 2011 at 4:37 PM. Reason : Elise ]
9/10/2011 4:37:20 PM
You should also try dietary changes. My SIL did that and her pcos is much more manageable now.
9/10/2011 8:45:19 PM
2^up, yes. I, too, have dat 190 percent PCOSand dietary changes are ftw too. cutting down on your carb intake (especially simple carbs) and eating low glycemic index foods will really help a lot of your symptoms. mom says she can tell when I'm eating properly because I look less bloated, and my skin and hair look a lot better.
9/10/2011 9:37:36 PM
The worst thing about being gluten free is having regular periods now. Before I'd only have one every 3 months or so, longest between was 9 months (no, not preggo).
9/10/2011 10:37:54 PM
i'm having my first period in nearly a year and it SUCKS
9/10/2011 10:53:25 PM
^ Also, I realize this is a tad excessive, but it makes me SUPER happy!!
9/11/2011 11:09:12 AM
Oh goodness, I don't think I use that much lotion in 5 years but I probably should because I always have dry skin, hah.
9/11/2011 11:14:29 AM
I have incredibly dry skinI wash with this:and moisturize my body with this:and my face with this:and drink lots of this:
9/11/2011 11:44:25 AM
Ever since i upped my water intake to about 5 liters a day, I have noticed a lot less dry skin. Winter is always the defining moment for me though. My boyfriend's sister stopped by yesterday and asked if I had any lotion and I had to scrounge around the house to find some
9/11/2011 12:10:13 PM
Upping my water intake definitely helped A LOT! But I just love smelling pretty and never think to put on perfume. Plus a lot of them are a little overwhelming. So these provide me a way to smell nice and moisturize at the same time! And I am so finicky, I never have to smell the same twice in a row. I like being able to choose a scent that matches my mood
9/11/2011 12:41:42 PM
This, this right here is the best lotion EVARRRRR!!!!It has a light, clean scent and a little goes a long way. I use it mostly in the winter and every now and then in the warmer months.:3[Edited on September 11, 2011 at 1:06 PM. Reason : For dry skinddeded people that is.]
9/11/2011 1:05:00 PM
It's mostly my hands that are dry.. Because I always forge about lotion and wash my hands a lot
9/11/2011 1:09:28 PM
Ok so for my Halloween costume this year I'm going to have to wear a strapless bodysuit/swimsuit/shapewear. (Something like http://www.americanapparel.com/rsa8325.html?cid=30) I'm decorating over it, so you won't see the fabric. I just got to thinking that this will suck for when I have to use the bathroom.Do any of you guys wear anything like this on a regular basis...like Spanx? Does it royally suck to fumble around with when you use the bathroom?
9/11/2011 4:09:31 PM
Spanx actually come with a crotch flap that opensI never use it, granted, but it's there in case you have to pee and can't take it off (I only have one of the power panty type things, which are easy to take off briefly while in the bathroom)but I assume that bodysuit you mentioned has nothing of the sort, so yeah, it will suck
9/11/2011 4:43:39 PM
Bodysuit/swimsuit should be fine. But shapewear could be about as obnoxious as a wet swimsuit...all the way on up to you tryna rip a pee hole in it after you've had three beers/had to go twice. You'd want to make sure to get a size that was just for a snug fit, not for actual shaping. And, depending on what you got, you could try to pull it to the side while you hover.

I got some great stuff at LOFT this week I particularly love this dress(I know it's not way different or anything but it makes my tatties look great and it's a very pretty gray color... almost metallic but not quite)and I got the skirt in this picture:http://www.loft.com/loft/outfitdetail/LF11015M/Lace-Strip-Dolman-Sleeve-Top/cat520084/261059and then I got these (all was on sale... 9/12/2011 2:19:26 PM

9/12/2011 9:22:12 PM
So, did anyone venture to Target to look at the Missoni collection?
9/13/2011 2:18:34 PM
^I ordered a dress online from the line and my mom found the shoes in my size, but I have not seen any of it in person. Super psyched about the line though!Website was tough bc the web traffic was so high!
9/13/2011 2:42:10 PM
wow...I have never had a hard time getting on Target's website. My friend was talking about this collection on fb and said the Target in South Charlotte is sold out already. Serious Business.
9/13/2011 2:46:01 PM
Is this what you guys are talking about?
9/13/2011 2:48:15 PM
I guess....I think it is ugly but I know NOTHING about fashion.
9/13/2011 2:48:49 PM
Yeh I can definitely see this style as a game changer.
9/13/2011 2:49:21 PM
The amount of Missoni stuff they have is intense... every genre, even bikes. The Missoni designed bike (at least one of them) was sold out online by 11.
9/13/2011 2:49:55 PM
I do like the sweater vest and bright yellow jacket.
9/13/2011 2:51:27 PM
I personally am not a fan of the missoni ads showing them wearing all different types of chevron(?) patterns I'll take one piece please
9/13/2011 2:52:07 PM
I can't get on their website either. Craziness.
9/13/2011 2:52:13 PM
OMG! Now I know why there was a lady buying TONS of ugly houseware at freakin' 8:15 at Target this morning! Her entire cart was filled with Missoni stuff! Did it just hit shelves today?
9/13/2011 2:53:29 PM
9/13/2011 2:54:35 PM
missoni is known for that chevron knit, as well as a wavy knit....basically known for awesome knit patternsto see it in person, real missoni, is pretty fantasticits not for everyone thoughI'd love to see the quality of the target line (almost makes me sad..like when target bastardized the liberty print)
9/13/2011 2:55:21 PM
They just put it in stores today, and it's going like crazy! I love real Missoni as well, but honestly given the uniqueness of each pattern, it's not super practical to buy any piece (aside from accessories) at the true cost because it is beyond obvious if you wear it often. A M for Missoni (their "cheap" line) dress is around $600.I think it's great to bring the option to the masses. I got a dress because I thought it'd be something fun to have.Target has struck GOLD. 9/13/2011 4:36:13 PM

9/13/2011 6:26:57 PM

9/14/2011 9:57:33 AM
