I cant believe people are actually getting upset about a tongue in cheek remark. Clinton supporters are more upset about the remark than Clintons treasonous activity. Amazing. This is truly a "how to" in brainwashing.

Trump should release his tax returns to the public, and his emails and phone call logs. The Russian hackers wouldn't even have had access to Clinton's emails anyway, this is just more obfuscation and misdirection-- and it's working.Media isn't talking about Michelle Obama's speech or Bill Clinton's speech at the convention, they're talking about Trump again.

Clinton is not trustworthy. We deserve to see her so called classified emails. She needs to become more transparent to have even her biggest supporters claim she can be trusted again.Trump specifically and to a lesser degree the policies of the GOP are far more dangerous to our country and to th global geopolitical environment. These are not mutually exclusive things.

he's not encouraging them to spy on her, he's implying that they already spied on her 4 years ago. Are you worried that the KGB may take Trump's statement as an encouragement to do it again?

I'm more worried about the condition of Donald Trump's amygdala.

are you insinuating that Hillary still has the deleted emails such that they can still be hacked today? that the FBI has them? Who? His present tense implies that they stole the emails back when she was still secretary of state and the information was relevant to their interests.

^maybe he should make a deal that he will release them when hillary releases the speeches that made her and bill $153M from wall street

false equivalency, but good try.it's more like he should release his taxes because she released hers. then he should release the contract details from when he paid off cosa nostra to skirt labor and union laws and then demand clinton release the transcripts.[Edited on July 28, 2016 at 8:54 AM. And if that was his intention he wouldn't have spent all day claiming he was "being sarcastic."It's ok to admit he has no fucking clue about anything. It's gotten him this far and it may even get him the presidency.
7/28/2016 5:51:58 PM
Let me be clear I think trump is worse than Clinton but the ridiculous fear mongering needs to stop. We get it. Trump is the worst candidate ever but stuff like this
7/28/2016 6:46:02 PM
No, I don't. In that situation everybody votes for Gary Johnson, and we get a few years of harmless libertarian zaniness. But nobody has actually done much to demonstrate that Hillary Clinton would actually be a bad president. I've seen a lot of people put forward a lot of reasons why they think she's a shitty person, maybe even a criminal. We've had criminal presidents before. Sometimes it turns out alright. It turns out that being a paragon of moral virtue in ones personal and business dealings has very little to do with it.The worst thing people on the right can reasonably say in terms of a Clinton presidency is that it would extend the Clinton and Obama presidencies. Neither of which, frankly, were all that bad. I think Clinton was actually pretty good. Obama, well, hard to say if the problems started with him or a recalcitrant congress or both, but still the country is doing OK. We could be better, but my rights are still pretty much intact. Other peoples' rights have expanded. The worst thing people on the left can reasonably say is that Clinton would not be as far to the left as Bernie, and obviously only a minority of people on the left are saying that or they would have voted for the guy in the first fucking place. All of this as opposed to Donald Trump, who with his own mouth has suggested policies that are widely recognized as threatening catastrophe to the American economy, flying in the face of the Constitution and international law, and just generally being fucking vile. I don't have to exaggerate here. His goal is to do repugnant shit. It's not "lesser of two evils," it's two very different kinds of evil. Hillary's is personal and, frankly, by the standards of American politicians, not very impressive. Trump's is public and holy fucking shit.

^^You're precisely validating my point. How do you suppose that Russia would find the 30,000 emails that are missing? Russia would have needed to have already hacked the State Department or would need to acquire the emails by some other means.Again, you're assuming that Donald Trump constructs his thoughts before they leave his mouth (or fingertips). When, in your mind, did Donald Trump become this great nuanced thinker?
7/28/2016 11:33:34 PM
if Russia already hacked the emails, then Trump encouraging them to turn them over isn't encouraging spying - THE SPYING ALREADY HAPPENED. you cannot seriously be this fucking stupid to not grasp this concept.
7/29/2016 12:35:07 AM
7/29/2016 12:59:30 AM
its common knowledge that all governments spy on each other. hell, we spy on germany.
7/29/2016 1:41:32 AM
His comment still would have been an encouragement of Russian espionage; how else would you expect Russia to find the missing 30,000 emails?I can't believe we're discussing the minutiae of a Donald Trump comment; the guy didn't even know who Tim Kaine was, days after Hillary Clinton had picked him to be her running mate.
