romo wont do shit against detroit but get put on his ass by suh
9/29/2011 7:42:16 PM
^^I would go Romo, Ryan Matthews (if he plays, if not Blount), and then Matthews (see if he plays) and Mendenhall.Pick 1:Big Ben or FreemanPick 1:Steve Smith car or Dez Bryant?
9/30/2011 7:42:25 AM
I'd go with Freeman and Dez just off of match ups. Plus with Austin out the Cowboys don't really have anyone to throw the ball to besides Witten and Dez
9/30/2011 8:54:25 AM
washington d @ st louis or tampa bay d vs indianapolis
9/30/2011 9:15:59 AM
tampa bayRomo vs DetroitorGrossman @ St Louis
9/30/2011 9:33:15 AM
^I would lean Romo by a small margin. For some reason I feel like St. Louis has a good week this week, I think they treat it as a must win, even though it is only week 4.Who has better fantasy value for the rest of the year as far as consistent points?Reggie Wayne or Desean Jackson?I feel like I should be answering this myself with Desean Jackson as he clearly has the most big play potential. But he also has the ability to get 2-3 point weeks as well. So who is the better option for the rest of the year?
9/30/2011 9:38:12 AM
DJax... all the way, Desean. With the looming possibility of Painter coming in and starting, I just can't trust the Colts
9/30/2011 9:42:02 AM
Vick vs SF or Roethlisberger vs HOU?Normally this would be a no brainer but with the injury to Vick, it's got me thinking.RB 2 - BenJarvus or Montario? or Isaac Redman? or.. Put McCluster as RB #2 and move Sidney Rice OR Mike Thomas to WR #3?Currently looks like this:WR - Steve SmithWR - Lance MooreWR - McClusterRB - MJDRB - BenJarvusBN - Sidney RiceBN - Mike ThomasBN - HardestyBN - Redman[Edited on September 30, 2011 at 10:15 AM. 9/30/2011 10:12:59 AM
I'd play rice over moore
9/30/2011 10:17:07 AM
Rate this one:Give: McGaheeGet: ManninghamI'm loaded at RB and need a decent #2 type WR.
9/30/2011 10:18:07 AM
^^^Vick, and I would leave your RBs as is, and then pick between Thomas, Rice, and McCluster for your WR3 (I would probably go Rice, but that is just me).It is possible Vick could get knocked out in the 2nd quarter and still outscore Ben (8 turnovers to 3 TD this year, which saddens me as he is my QB haha)[Edited on September 30, 2011 at 10:19 AM. Reason : .]
9/30/2011 10:19:14 AM
^^ I personally like that trade. Didn't Moreno blow up at the end of last year? There is always the chance that he figures it out and McGahee goes back to #2.
9/30/2011 10:20:23 AM
I'd take Manningham no doubt. Is Colston back for NO? Could limit Moore.
9/30/2011 10:20:28 AM
Colston is back but supposedly going to play less than 50 snaps.
9/30/2011 10:21:00 AM
Lance Moore had a great week last week. And I feel like him and Brees are on the same page. On the other hand, Gabbert loves Mike Thomas and Sidney Rice is one man show in Seattle. Bench Steve Smith and take 2 out of Rice/Moore/Thomas?
9/30/2011 10:22:46 AM
Brees has too many options (and I actually like meechem (sp?) more)Mike thomas is pretty big, but marcedes lewis should be back and taking some looksAnd Rice is there by himself, and going against Atlanta at home (Atlanta looks miserable on the road)
9/30/2011 10:29:24 AM
Give: Calvin JohnsonGet: Peyton Hillis and Deshawn Jackson or Mendenhall & Carolina Steve Smiththoughts? My other RBs are AP, Tolbert, DeAngelo, Addai. My other WRs are Maclin, Bryant, Knox, Ward.
9/30/2011 10:35:00 AM
If you were to do it, I'd take Hillis/Jackson. Calvin's a stud though.
9/30/2011 10:38:33 AM
Just be wary of Hillis being a 1 hit wonder, and Desean having more 2 point games than 10 pt games.
9/30/2011 10:39:33 AM
^^^if you have the best RB & the best WR, why do you need to trade at all?M. Ingram @ JACor J. Stewart @ CHIALSO, same as last week:M. Jenkins @ KCorM. Crabtree @ PHI[Edited on September 30, 2011 at 11:05 AM. Reason : .]
9/30/2011 10:59:15 AM
^4 I think a mendenhall/AP combo is very nice... but then you'd be losing a stud receiver... I definitely wouldn't take hillis/Djax though^would probably go Stewart... and I have no idea about the second two- I picked up Crabtree in one league hoping he would finally amount to something, but he has been so hampered by that foot. Everyone is saying this could be the week, but I just don't see it happening (they said it last week too, and I'm sure will say it next week)[Edited on September 30, 2011 at 11:12 AM. 9/30/2011 11:10:47 AM
I currently have the AP/Mendenhall combo along with Hakeem Nicks, Desean Jackson, Dez Bryant, and Steve Smith (car).....and I am 1-2.Speaking of which:Pick 1Mendenhall or Ryan Matthews(if he plays)?Pick 1 Jimmy Graham or Greg Olsen?[Edited on September 30, 2011 at 11:24 AM. Reason : .]
9/30/2011 11:14:07 AM
Matthews and Graham
9/30/2011 11:43:26 AM
^^ Matthews and Graham. Graham is an easy pick over Olsen IMO.Mendenhall is still a question mark until the Steelers get some sort of rhythm on offense and stop turning the damn ball over.[Edited on September 30, 2011 at 11:45 AM. Reason : Volcom beat me to it.]
9/30/2011 11:44:43 AM
^^ Both are good options I'd go Mendenhall unless its PPR then Matthews. Graham over Olsen.Need 2 WRDez (I assume he's healthy and will be starting him if he is)Holmes (worried about Ravens D)Nate Washington (How does he fit in with Brit gone)AJ Green (who else can catch the ball in Cincy)Sidney Rice (Can he reporduce last weeks performance even with Tavaris?)
9/30/2011 11:49:03 AM
I'd go Dez and Green. I know I said this last week, but Green is nice and should have a good game.Ok, help me evaluate this trade:I give: A. Rodgers, WittenI get: Rivers, Rice, D. NelsonI'm leaning towards taking it cause I need the WR/RB help.
9/30/2011 12:36:10 PM
Flex spot: LT, Marshawn Lynch, or Julio Jones?^That's tough...giving up a top QB and TE. Rivers hasn't been that great this year (but he should certainly pick it up). But if you need the run help, Rice definitely will help you there. [Edited on September 30, 2011 at 1:08 PM. Reason : ]

i'm being offered frank gore and owen daniels for stafford (i have stafford, rivers, newton.. not sure why i have 3 QBs)opinion?[Edited on September 30, 2011 at 4:33 PM. Reason : .]
9/30/2011 4:32:55 PM
I'd take it
9/30/2011 5:17:53 PM
^ id also take it, no point in stashing 2 stud qbs. if anything you would need depth for stafford but since you would ordinarily start rivers anyways youre good.trying to sell high and buy low, the 0-3 guy is desperate and trying to deal arod.any of these bad ideas?trade fitzpatrick/best/sproles for arod/goretrade freeman/mathews/sproles for arod/gore
9/30/2011 6:11:47 PM
^^^bad, bad trade. On top of the weekly injuries, gore looks like he's lost it. Stafford is a top 5 qb. You'd be better off just picking up gores backup
9/30/2011 6:27:36 PM
^^I'm not in love with Gore, but Rodgers is a monster...I don't think either of those is bad.Pick 3 WRs: Mike Williams (TB), Reggie Wayne, Hakeem Nicks, Percy Harvin, Eric Decker
9/30/2011 7:32:44 PM
Tough one, I would bench Williams and DeckerPick my 3 wr:Roddy White @ sea (locked in as long as he plays)Denarius Moore vs NEJeremy Maclin vs SFMike Williams (tb) vs indyNate Burleson vs DalDavid Nelson vs cinAlso should i start Romo vs Det, Cam vs chi or Jason Campbell vs NE. Cant believe I am asking that[Edited on September 30, 2011 at 10:10 PM. Reason : asd]
9/30/2011 10:05:07 PM
if Roddy doesnt play I would do Moore, Maclin, Nelson and sadly I would think Cam only because romo might not play the whole game and Oakland will rush more than pass.
10/1/2011 2:10:25 AM
Pick one: Standard Scoring, bonuses for 40+ TDs and 100+ yard gamesLance Moore v JaxBrandon Marshall v SDPick One:Fitzpatrick v CincyRomo v Detroit
10/1/2011 8:05:04 AM
Also have a trade question:I have been offered Dez Bryant for Tim Hightower.Guy desperately needs running back help. My other backs are: Jackson, Turner, McGaheeI feel like this trade really thins out my running backs potentially leaving me open to disaster should one go down. But my starting line-up would be:Qb: Fitzpatrick/Romo (based on matchup)Rb: Fred JacksonRb/Wr: Mike TurnerWr: Mike WallaceWr: Dez BryantTe: Owen Daniels/Tony Gonzo (matchup)D/St: MatchupK: HansonBench: R. Wayne, B. Marshall, L. Moore, McGahee, Ben Tate, Fitzy/Romo, Gonzo/Daniels
10/1/2011 8:41:15 AM
I would still do that trade...even though it leaves you thin at RB, I still think it's worth it
10/1/2011 8:51:17 AM
Which TE would you start this week?Chandler vs. CincyDaniels vs. SteelersClark vs. Bucs
10/1/2011 11:51:02 AM
Help me not leave a ton of points on the bench. I've been playing with these friends in this format for three years now, and every year I lead the league in points left on the bench. I've been to the playoffs once. Good drafting + too many options + not enough spots will do that. What I'm thinking:1. Not Greene vs. the Ravens' run defense2. Not Flacco vs. the Jets' pass defense3. Welker's pretty much a must-start, but who do I play with him?
10/1/2011 2:05:20 PM
Welker and Steve Smithand it seems silly to have more bench spots than active spotsTalented players just rot there
10/1/2011 2:44:37 PM
It used to be 5 bench spots, some returning members bitched for a sixth. No idea why. All you gotta stash is 1 QB, 2 RBs, 2 WRs.
10/1/2011 7:14:16 PM
need to pick my qb. cam newton or matt ryan?
10/1/2011 9:48:46 PM
I'd go Ryan based on Cams performance last week.Newton or Flacco? Addai or Steve Jackson? Burleson or Meachem?
10/1/2011 10:04:28 PM
One more time:
10/1/2011 11:55:26 PM
clark
10/2/2011 12:26:33 AM
I gos with chandlerTrade question: I need a TE. Trade felix for vernon or ingram for fred davis? (or keep hoping gresham or heap do something...I'm solid with rb's so I'm ok to lose one if the price is right)
10/2/2011 1:27:16 AM
Pick two:Chris JohnsonPeyton Hillis Mike TolbertRight now I'm set to start Johnson and Hillis but they're playing against each other so it's not likely they'll both have big days. Tolbert can be hit or miss, Johnson has GOT to get it going sooner or later and Hillis is coming off strep throatAny advice?
10/2/2011 9:24:19 AM
Johnson and hillis, no doubt
