haha, yeah. a friend of mine sold his account a couple months ago. the buyer then transferred his 3 60s onto a new separate account which got permabanned. from what i understand the guy also purchased an account for his son, though idk if that one got banned as well. well over $1000 down the drain for nothing, and its not like its hard to get to 60 on your own

It's ridiculous in pvp and the greatest melee contribution for pve (better totems, unleashed rage). I opted not to duel wield because with a wf based enhancement shaman its all about the proc so when I get one I want it to be fatal. Imp ghost wolf and natures swiftness are great for poppin an instant big heal on yourself and finishing someone off, cappin the flag, soloing, etc. You could put the NS point into shamanistic rage but I don't feel it's nearly as powerful a talent.

Yeah DW is 40. Once you get that i would def suggest the next few points go right into % to hit.30 or 32 is when you get windfury weapon. That helps the grind too.
