well shit i'm gonna start only doing 6-8 reps nowi usually do like 8-10 reps for deadlift, like 12-18 reps for lat pull and close grip lat pull...10-12 for bicep curls, 7-10 bench, 9-12 for shoulder press[Edited on September 23, 2007 at 7:03 PM. Reason : essentially do about 10 for everything]

I did 45 minutes on the elliptical after being couped up in a car all day. It felt really good to stretch my legs out finally.
