Just curious...but what happens to all the tickets not claimed? Or what if someone decides to go to the game Saturday can you still get a ticket?

I would assume it works the same. Like if it's already been processed you might get charged but later get a credit back? I'm not exactly sure.

the system, despite all of its problems, is smart enough not to double charge you for tickets...

so, just keep this in mind: If you don't request a guest ticket up front, but try to add one later, you run the risk of not getting same sections

other than that, it should be working now? dunno...never really understood the problem that Ticket Return was trying to explain to me, other than them saying they are taking care of it (and you should see a new button soon saying "claim" in stead of "request/claim tickets"

I know your not really in control anymore but I just wanted to ask if you knew anything about the throwback game in Reynolds. On the ticketreturn website it says that we must enter into the lottery for this game but it is at reynolds and there are no scanners set up there. In the past it has always been GA and students would get there early and then go in and grab a seat. I just wanted to find out if you knew anything or if I should talk to someone else about this so that we do not get left out in the cold on this game. Thanks for all of your help.

nope, they are available for all those games...just the number available changes (1 for big games [all conference games] and 9 for all others)

In the past, they've varied, getting more expensive as we get into the ACC portion of the schedule. I think the guest tickets for last year's last game (Wake) were $25.

it's really not complicated at all........but anytime there are hickups, people scream bloody murder and ask for someone to be impeached.......and I was never appointed or elected, so things were fine until it came time to hand over the system to SG....it's just that no one has actually placed a concerted effort to do it (which despite what anyone from SG tells you, is the reason that if you call them they send you to me)
