honestly, i always thought a rainy day was better to work in than a sunny... on a sunny day you want to get out and enjoy it- what are you gonna do in the rain?

yea a lot of people feel that way - i dunno. i feel better on sunny days - happier in general. on rainy days i just want to stay in bed and snuggle/read (and therefore am grumpy when i don't have that opportunity). mainly, rain makes the day go by SO SLOW because no one will come into the store. and i work in a seriously old building so it is all damp and dark inside when it rains. it is excruciating. 9 hours seems like 5000 hours.

i guess I'm lucky at the vet that they staff it so that I am always doing something... there are usually only about 15 minutes of the day that I am thinking "OMG this day needs to hurry up" - usually I end up getting done and clocking out, and then realizing I've been there an extra 30-45 minutes past when my shift was supposed to end

a children's boutique near cameron village. so it isn't like a super poppin place on normal days haha. so on rainy days like 1 person will come in. i can only fold and refold clothes so much before i want to stab myself
