Oh, that was the playoffs. I probably shouldn't have wasted my time trying to pick up McCarron for next week.

Parting thoughts:

1. I really do fucking despise eleusis. I sincerely hope the rest of the TWW league does not permit that QB hoarding retard to win.

2. And a big fuck you to somebody named "Ben" who stopped setting his lineup at the beginning of the year but kept four starting quarterbacks the whole time.

I'm freaking out about possible stat corrections. I won by one point. If Landry had gotten one more yard, I would have tied (and lost to a higher-ranked team).

And I still wanna know who this Ben guy is. He had four starting quarterbacks all year and then didn't set his lineup after the first or second week. He also did not respond to trade proposals.

OBJ obviously. Starting Harris has been good for me because of punt returns but I'm not sure it makes sense to play two WRs against the Panthers D. Floyd has been shredding it recently, so I think either Harris or Crabtree should sit. Thoughts?

^^^^I was drunk for the draft so I had Romo and Manziel to start. I truly did not understand that we would have to play two QBs a week. Plus, I didn't give a shit, and I thought drafting Manziel would be funny.

But I've played Romo, Osweiller, Manziel, Davis, McCown, Jones, Hasselbeck, and Mallett...and that list doesn't include QBs I had to pick up in the likely chance that one of my "starters" (LOL) would not play.


It's a 12-team, 2 QB league...with as many as 6 teams on BYE in a week...and a random manager who drafted four starting QBs and then stopped setting his lineup 2 weeks in and would not trade players.

Despite those circumstances, eleusis felt obliged to explain to people that they should have "drafted accordingly." And, if you revisit the thread (you don't need to), you'll see that it was his suggestion to make it a 2 QB league.

To be clear, I don't think you've been me. And I don't want anyone to get the impression that I think this is amusing. I genuinely dislike that guy.

Should I play Michael Floyd over Larry Fitzgerald? Yahoo and whoever writes their "news" says no, but last 5 games Floyd has 24/439/5 and Fitz is 41/382/0. It's non-PPR so I really need those TDs. I'm also starting Eric Decker and OBJ, no flex, so I don't think I would bench either of them.

Got a WR dilemma here. Larry Fitzgerald has been under performing since the dawn of time apparently, yet all the expert analysis I read says to keep starting him. So I do, and he keeps sucking ass.

Should I start him, yet again, this week, or roll the dice and instead start:

Dez Bryant
Randall Cobb
Ted Ginn, Jr

Though after typing that out, I see that the Cardinals are playing against Philly. That should bode well for offensive production by the Cards.

2nd round of playoffs, trying to decide who to roll in my flex.

WR: Marshall, Demaryius Thomas
RB: Forte, Hightower
Flex: Decker

It is .5 PPR and Decker has been a consistent 10-15 points all season long, not one game under 10. However Dallas is pretty good against the pass and its on the road. I'm not sure I want to put all my eggs into the Jets basket with both Decker and Marshall. I could throw in any of the following: West, Ware, Cooks, Denard Robinson, Fozzy Whitaker, James White. I'm leaning towards Denard Robinson, or West of course if Ware is officially out.

^Well that automatic 2 are Martin and Miller, not even questionable. Then it comes down to Hightower or Robinson really. Draughn has a bad match-up and almost all of his value is from PPR, and Brown is expected to split carries with Michael.

Eh, between those 2, it's really a toss up. I'm having to choose between the 2 of them for my flex in a standard league, and I'm taking Hightower. Think the Jags have like 2-3 rushing TDs from RBs this year and I think the Saints put up points at home against the Lions.

I'm starting Stafford (@NO), but Rivers (v Mia) is pretty appealing...he always seems to do well against good matchups.

Eh, think with both you're just hoping for a TD. I'd probably start Hill, much more talented, and I don't think they're going to want McCarron throwing it 30+ times.
