In the Pac Never Got Shot timeline Tupac Shakur wasn't shot five times on the night of November 30, 1994. So he and Notorious B.I.G. stayed friends. December 1, 1994, Tupac was not found guilty of three counts of sexual abuse. He began studying politics at yale on September 14, 1995 and released his multi-platinum album Me Against the World. I. Marion "Suge" Knight, CEO of Death Row Records, offered to sign him up if Tupac would drop out of University. But Tupac refused. Instead he signed to Sean "Puff Daddy" Comb's Bad Boy Records. Biggie had convinced Puffy to Let Tupac study as well as sing music.December 1, 1994: Tupac Shakur is found not guilty of three counts of sexual abuse.September 4, 1995: Tupac begins studying politics at YaleOctober 14, 1995: During his studies Pac signs to Bad Boy Records.February 13, 1996: Pac releases his fourth solo album, The Golden Rule.September 7, 1996: Sean "Puff Daddy" Combs is shot twice. He survives but loses his voice, ending his career as a rapper.September 13, 1996:: Puffy's shooter gets arrested and is traced back to Marion "Suge" Knight.November 9, 1996:: Suge is found guilty of conspiracy of murder.December 11, 1996:: Suge begins serving his prison sentence.June 30 1998: Tupac Graduates from Yale and announces he is leaving the music industry and announces he is running for Congress as a representative of New York on the republican ticket and a strict constitutional platform. During his political career he would be good friends with Ron Paul from Texas.November 9 1998: Tupac defeats Sue Kelly by a slim margin for the 19th district of New york.May 13 1999: Tupac and Ron Paul propose the Sanctity of life act which would set a mandatory cooldown time for abortion counseling at least 24 hours before the operation alongside capping the time of abortions to a maximum time of 18 weeks into a pregnancy. The bill is passed by a unanimous majority in both the House and the Senate forcing Bill Clinton to sign it. Planned parenthood immediately goes to the supreme court saying it is unconstitutional.August 24 1999: the Supreme Court overturns Roe v Wade by a Unanimous Majority saying in Planned Parenthood v Shakur and Paul that the Federal government has the right to regulate abortion. Massive protests occur which quickly subside when Tupac tells the crowds that he "never said abortion was made illegal, but there has to be something done about the massive rates of abortion in this country" as well as accusing them of hypocrisy by opposing the death sentence of murderers and rapists in one hand and on the other remaining silent on compulsory abortions in China adding that early feminists actually opposed abortion saying it is a symptom rather than a solution to sexism.January 2000: Tupac proposes a bill that would repeal all gun control laws in the USA. That bill passes through the House and Senate, but is vetoed by Bill ClintonJune 16 2000 As a birthday present, Tupac receives a Harley Davidson motorcycle, which Pac uses everyday to gt to congress.November 20 2000: George W Bush, on a ticket with Condoleeza Rice, wins the presidency by a very slim margin.January 20 2001: Bill Clinton issues 142 presidential pardons on his last day in office. The bill is passed unanimously by Congress and the Senate.May 3 2001 Japan, China, India, Pakistan and the USA sign the Asian-American space treaty that would enable them to cooperate on sending a crew to mars by 2009 and create a Missile defence shield. Shakur led the majority ratifying the treaty quoting Thomas Jefferson "peace commerce and honest friendship with all nations"September 11 2001: 9/11 never happens because of the Airline Security Act and all the terrorists are apprehended after the planes make an emergency landingJanuary 3 2002: work begins on the Orion (which in TTL is designed to go to mars)February 5 2002: Tupac announces a run for the senate, representing New York.June 2 2002: On the way to Congress to propose a bill that would scrap the Federal Reserve, Tupac dies in a collision with a car.

so even if Pac wasn't killed after the Tyson fight, he still would only of had 8 more years?Just wasn't in the cards for him, I suppose.

off to vote in the primary. kinda disappointed in Paul's presence here in SC. I have 16 messages from Mitt Romney on my phone, some even with him or one of his lackeys saying "Hi, Bryan", which, though creepy, means they at least did some research to tie the phone number with the person that pays for it. I also haven't seen any commercials for Ron Paul, though I haven't been watching much TV this week. Even then, I've seen several Romney, Santorum and Gingrich ads or their PACs.what also is troublesome is that he sends out a ton of "newsletter" type mailings, which are great at getting his point across, but you have to take the time to actually open the envelope to see any of his positions. Meanwhile, I've got seven or eight large post-card-type mailings from the other douchebags. I at least can see what they claim to stand for and can see what message they are trying to get across without having to go through the effort of opening a letter. It's a tiny thing, yes, but it could make a difference to some people. Then again, it's never been possible to boil Paul's ideas down to bulletpoints without taking out the substance of his points.
1/21/2012 10:52:43 AM
If I were Ron Paul I'd probably steer clear of newsletters altogether.

Haha they cut the old man off mid-word. To be fair, it had been three whole minutes since a commercial.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7tbNBnBe2SIIf you watch carefully at 3:18, you can almost hear the producer screaming in the anchors earpiece. At 3:22 you can see anchor literally swallow his pride. It's also interesting to note that the question takes up more time than the answer during the interview.Doesn't this make you angry? Rage for me, Paulites. Be sure to use as much whine in your voice as he does. It's time to dump this guy and move on to something that will really change the country. Voting certainly won't, they'll just "lose" your ballots like they did in Iowa.http://www.npr.org/2012/01/20/145500170/8-precinct-vote-totals-missing-from-iowa-caucuses[Edited on January 21, 2012 at 5:12 PM. Giggle at a white-supremacist with the surname Black.Of course Ron Paul is a racist. All old people are.And invading islands and enslaving the indigenous occupants is what white people do. It's as caucasian as polka music.[Edited on January 21, 2012 at 11:12 PM. Reason : .]

if ron paul is such a racist old timer, why don't old people vote for him?
1/21/2012 11:51:37 PM
because old farts are smart enough to know that they shouldnt waste their vote on someone that has a snowballs chance in hell of getting the nomination.....it is young folks that havent quite figured that out yet.....
1/22/2012 2:02:02 AM
I don't know if I speak for all young folks, but it's not about the candidate and the nomination. It's about the issues that Ron Paul supports. Why throw away a chance to get these issues discussed?
1/22/2012 3:30:00 AM
why care about voting for the winner. its not like you get some kind of reward if the guy you vote for wins. all of them are the same anyway. might as well not vote if you're only going to vote for the person you think will win[Edited on January 22, 2012 at 7:58 AM. Reason : SILLY]

I posted this in the other thread, but people doubt that I know the majority of the opinions and here is a piece of concrete evidence that, to me, cannot be written off as coincidental. You don't see what you see in the video happening with any other candidate.http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10151193984565215For this to exist and for florida to vote for any other candidate by a large margin is a mathematical proof of a manipulated voting system.Voting happens on Jan 31. Let's wait and see what happens.

yeah, seriously dude. the ron paul fanaticism is a little unbearable. i mean, it's cool if you want to vote for him and all, and i'll even agree that he's being largely ignored by the major media outlets, but they're not rigging the votes (because they don't have to - the strategy of ignoring him is working just fine).paul fans seem to be pretty computer literate, so it seems like his support is high. but a large section of the republican base doesn't use youtube.[Edited on January 30, 2012 at 1:36 PM. It would require more faith to believe that our elections are totally legit than to believe that they're being manipulated. Why in the world wouldn't elections be rigged? Do you really think TPTB are going to let a little thing like "elections" or "voting" get in the way of what they're entitled to?
1/30/2012 1:45:39 PM
you missed my point.2000 wasn't that long ago. I'm saying that they don't need to rig the election against Paul, because he's not realistic threat.oh, and using TPTB kind of re-inforces the notion that Paul fans are over-represented on the internet. I'm in my mid 20s and had to look that shit up.[Edited on January 30, 2012 at 2:01 PM. Reason : ]

Yes the powers that be are manipulating votes, polls, and every other metric of candidate popularity except youtube comment sections, which belie his actual level of popularity.
1/30/2012 2:14:40 PM
1/30/2012 2:19:33 PM
dude, did you not read my post directly above yours?I'm agreeing with you that the media is ignoring him. But it's not because they are getting memos to specifically ignore Paul. It's because they're shitty journalists who have been trained to accept insider access in exchange for "friendly" interviews that are pro-establishment. This isn't a new or shocking revelation. American media, by and large, is controlled by a few ruling interests, and it's been that way for a while. They don't ask any politician relevant questions that affect people.Compare this interview with Newt Gingrich:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJY-ZWPIW_gwith how John King handles Newt Gingrich:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=To_g23JkXnU[Edited on January 30, 2012 at 2:48 PM. Ron Paul may win more delegates this week than Gingrich, Santorum?
1/31/2012 1:23:05 PM
There's no conspiracy in the media against Ron Paul, he simply just is not newsworthy. What is newsworthy? And which candidates have made the news as a result?A) A poll surge or collapse (Cain, Bachmann, Perry, Santorum, Gingrich)B) High enough poll numbers that the candidate can be expected to be a contender (Romney, recently though breifly Newt)C) Saying super controversial things (Newt, mostly. Bachmann and Santorum to an extant during their surges)Let's look at Paul:A) His primary poll numbers never climb nor fall more than 1 or 2 percent, he always has the same supporters and has no surge. In other words, his support is not dynamic at all, so there's never a story there.B) This baseline support never reaches past 15% of the GOP, so he's never a serious challenger to anyone. In other words, he's never entered the "serious contender" territory.C) He doesn't say particularly scandalous things. To be fair, his newsletters did, and he's getting coverage for it.You don't need a media cabal conspiring to keep A TRU REVOLUTIONARY 4EVA down, there's very simple explanations for why Paul doesn't get coverage. There's no story to be had with him. The media is in the business of delivering news that its customers are interested in. When a candidate has no dynamism, mediocre (albeit consistent) polling, and very little that's shocking or outrageous about his rhetoric, he wont be covered. That's Paul in a nutshell.Still, the defining characteristic of a Paul supporter is that everything, everything is attributable to grand conspiracies by the powers that be. What's hilarious is that their primary whines are over the media, who ignores Ron Paul for reasons that are entirely explainable through simple free market economics (which his supporters overestimate their own understanding of).News organizations don't have to give everyone a fair shake. They are a business, and as such their goal is to deliver to the customers want the customers want. Media customers, by and large, don't want to be bored by a candidate who clearly has a small base, few converts among the GOP, no poll movement, and no ridiculous gaffes. Every single surge in media coverage for a candidate can be explained by the 3 points above, Paul has managed none of these points and as such gets almost no coverage. It's not hard to understand, but Paul fans are notorious for their ability to submerge themselves in a state of denial. That's the only way they could also believe Paul actually stands a chance of swaying GOP voters who weeks ago were lovin Santorum, Cain, or Gingrich. [Edited on January 31, 2012 at 1:52 PM.
