It sounds like it’s a lot more than that. I couldn’t read the VF article because paywall, but other outlets have been summarizing what VF has alleged. Apparently the Dutch were all over Kushner. They gained access to his phone through a Russian hacker they somehow brought into custody and flipped. He got access to Russian servers that had information from Kushner’s phone and gained access that way.

There was, at one point, a 1 billion dollar transfer in addition to the 700 million. At least one of these accts appear to be funded by a government charity from a middle eastern country.

This whole thing smells really bad.
