Assuming minimal changes to the overall system at what point do schools have to think more outside the box financially. For example spend nothing for 3-4 years and build up a pool of money then make a run at it every 4-6 years. The fan base has to understand that and would take really transparent messaging but at what point does spending 10 mil a year when others spend 20+ make sense vs saving and spending every 3-4 years?
