Ive been trying to adjust my schedule so that I go to bed and wake up a little earlier. I've done it every day this week and the wake up portion has been an epic failure. Even though I'm going to bed earlier I'm having much more trouble then normal waking up. I know the more I do it the better it will get but any other suggestions?
