Reminded me of the heartbreaking loss to ECU when Wilson threw an interception as the last play of the game.

Seattle wouldn't have even been playing last night if not for some gutsy playcalling throughout the season and playoffs by Carroll. The guy calls fake punts and onside kicks and stuff. Yet you expect him to transform into John Fox for one play?
2/2/2015 12:25:42 PM
That's the best part about a bandwagon. Doesn't hurt near as much.

Just because Seattle's offense leans on the running game doesn't mean Carroll is anywhere near a conservative play caller

This was from 3 years ago, and it only accounts going for it on 4th down (when you don't "have" to), and he's in the top 3rd of the league as far as most aggressive coacheshttp://www.footballoutsiders.com/stat-analysis/2012/aggressiveness-index-2011I don't ever recall "Steamboat" Ron faking a field goal or calling an onsides kick to start the 2nd half, or many of the other things that Carroll doesDoes Seattle like to hand the ball to Lynch a lot? Sure. Lots of coaches want to get the running game going. Meanwhile look back at the Hawks/Saints game in the playoffs last year. Hawks are up 2 scores late in the 4th, and Wilson is throwing on 1st down. As someone who has seen hundreds of games coached by John Fox and Ron Rivera, it's not even closeor this
2/2/2015 1:58:36 PM
Not sure it proves much running a fake punt up by 30 in the 4th quarter other than he is sorta a dick. I'd say he is in the middle. He is willing to take chances at times, but also knows his defense is really strong so doesn't need to give them short fields when they tend to hold people. Seems more than anything he runs some trick plays/takes shots mixed in with his conservative nature that work well as they are unexpected.

well fineit's not like he's John Fox though. He runs on 3rd and 18 like clockwork.

Warren Sapp was fired from NFL network for soliciting a prostitute in Arizona.
2/2/2015 6:14:43 PM
I don't understand why stars solicit prostitutes. You can go into any bar and find women willing to screw you because you're a celebrity and have money.
2/2/2015 9:12:56 PM
you say that as if you've had experience being a celebrity and having money
2/2/2015 10:04:47 PM
Whores serve the same purpose for rich celebs as they do for guys who can get laid without paying. No hassle ( usually) of having to get rid of the chick the next day. Hell, maybe he was just looking to get blown.

yep

Lawrence Taylor would've been likeThen raped her anywayBecause, UNC
2/2/2015 11:16:12 PM
^^^Discretion, as well. Freaky weirdos with funny weiners aren't tryna do it with regular ladies and have their business tweeted all over the next day.Prostitutes typically aren't out and about announcing they're hookers and telling everybody about their work.Plus, nobody takes them seriously when they do.

I just bothered looking it up.He fought two of them over money in a hotel room/hallway.To me, it kinda seems like evidence that he doesn't regularly solicit prostitutes.Take it back. Sapp got a problem...from 2010:
2/2/2015 11:57:04 PM
Bridget, you ever hooked?
2/3/2015 12:12:58 AM
No, and I'm too old now for my debut. But I can pretend if you want.

Jimmy Graham + 4th rounder to Seattle for Max Unger + 1st rounder...
3/10/2015 3:57:22 PM
wonder what this means for Gates - he hasn't announced retirement yet right? He also had a decent year last year. Wonder if they'll run both TEs at the same time[Edited on March 10, 2015 at 3:59 PM. Reason : or trade Gates]
3/10/2015 3:59:02 PM
Ngata to Detroit, Sam Bradford to Eagles...and probably a lot more. Shit is crazy.
3/10/2015 4:04:20 PM
^^I, too, confuse the Chargers with the SeahawksAlso, since other trades are being posted in here: Bradford from StL to Philly in exchange for Foles & a pick
3/10/2015 4:11:27 PM
^I don't think the Foles/Bradford trade has been confirmed yet.http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/03/10/report-eagles-close-to-trading-nick-foles-for-sam-bradford/says it's close. I was hoping the Eagles would try to trade up for Mariotta. Maclin to rejoin Andy Reid in KC is noteworthy also. [Edited on March 10, 2015 at 4:19 PM. Reason : .]
3/10/2015 4:11:59 PM
Pretty sweet for the lions to replace Suh with Ngata. He's not the pass rusher that Suh is, but that's still a beastly DL.
3/10/2015 4:18:47 PM
How is Russ going to be the whitest black guy in Seattle now that he's competing with a literal albino?
3/10/2015 4:24:20 PM
Alright well it's confirmed. And the Eagles are giving picks. lol these trades are coming in so fast. Gore and Andre Johnson likely to Indy. Owen Daniels to Denver.Torrey Smith to SFJags about to sign DeMarco Murray (already got Julius Thomas)Suh to Miami.

Chip Kelly gives away his 3 best playmakers over the last 2 seasons. Good thing he has that one playoff appearance to let people know he's a threat to be reckoned with.
