Yep. Dominating and padding stats are the same thing now.

Which is more likely to happen in real life?

A) A team score 70 or
B) a qb lateral 40 yards downfield with nobody in front of him to give his heisman teammate extra stats.


But since that doesn't seem to matter, I guess I should start hanging 100 instead of calling off the dogs after the 2nd quarter since my margin of victory seems to give everyone else a free pass to do whatever they want and pad rushing yards with one guy all day. Its not fun putting in 80 speed hbs and 72 overall qbs for half of the game but I will continue to do it NOT because everyone else is playing sim ball but because I rather practice playing with weaker players while protecting my better players from getting hurt or going pro. Its a good thing I have a realistic philosophy to stick to for myself because at this point, there doesn't seem to be anyone else to do it for.

I'm not trying to be an asshole either. Do what you need to do to stay entertained just don't knock me for being efficient.

I just really wish you guys would inform me of what you expect. It seems I've been on the edge of being kicked out from day 1 simply for being me or being an outsider of the friend group. I tried to mend that by offering to come to anyone elses house last weekend and play in person but no one took that offer. I've given strategy advice and spiced up conversation as well.

I know I've pissed off a few people by pointing out poor sportsmanship and if thats what the problem is I'll stop. My goal is to enhance this place but it seems I need to know what you expect from me.

you've enhanced the league with some of your suggestions, and nobody is mad at you for racking up the score when you get a few late game pick-6's

feel free to give strategy tips as well, but don't put 72 points on somebody and then have the nerve to call out somebody else for a particular play...btw, the safety had finally caught up to his QB before he pitched it

No problem with AA. AA is the best way to play for user games because it makes it more about the user taking over players instead of a chess match letting the computer do everything. I'm not God at this game. On a scale of (terrible, bad, average, good ,great/god) I'm just a "good" player who is really football smart . I have a few friends who are great/god but I am able to hang close with them because they are nowhere near as football smart as me.

FSU wins a wild one in the rain at a sold out (lol) Wallace Wade, 34-31

Good game from Manuel, 3 TD and the requisite INT. Was nearly a pick-six but I made a last ditch tackle on the five. Next play my LOLB intercepted an option pitch and took it to the house.

D let up a lot big plays but had some huge stops. Four or five sacks on third down, a huge hit on Renfree that forced a fumble, and possibly game-saving user pick from Greg Reid as Duke was driving late.

Duke cut it to three with about 1:30 left and nearly recovered the onside. That's two straight games against ACC bottom feeders that come down to onside kicks.

FSU continues their march to mediocrity next week against someone.

WVU goes down to TCU and buttfucks em good, 42-24. Alston totes for 155 and 3 scores, and Tavon comes out of nowhere to rush for 100 yards of his own. Four different players rushed for scores for the Moutaineers, who like the spread ball around like E Man's mom at a frat party. The last few minutes of the game they had a chance to add another TD, and it briefly crossed their mind, but in the end, their regal integrity took over and they took a knee. It marks yet another chapter in the rapidly ascending career of coach Randy T. Jaybee Twelvundred II.

New week we travel up north to take on the fighting Devendorfs of Syracuse.

tied at 7 after 1, tied at 14 at the half, i went up 28-14 after three but they outscored me in the 4th 14-7

Clemson rebounds with a decent win against Middle Tennessee State but Andre Ellington blows his shot at the Heisman after suffering another injury on Clemson's first drive that will sideline him for 3 weeks. True Freshman backup Mike Bellamy takes over and has a respectable 139yds rushing and 3 TDs on 22 carries. Clemson QB Tajh Boyd once again proves to be inconsistent going 10/21 for 273yds, 3 TD but also throws 3 picks while the Tigers defense tallies up 5 sacks and a fumble recovery.

Up Next: The Tigers look forward to their bye week before travelling to Tuscaloosa in hopes of knocking off the #1 team in the country. Clemson faithful aren't too optimistic though.

J. Harris finally finds his stroke going 13/23 304 yds, 3 TD, 1 INT. Miller struggles against the crazy fast UNC LBs and only manages 61 yds and a TD. Miami's defense never quite showed up in the game. B. Renner threw for 339 Yards and 2 TDs. He connected with D. Jones for 221 of those yards.

Basically UNC cant run, but they will go over the top all day. I have never given up so many wide open bombs. I couldnt stop it no matter what I ran. UNC consistently got behind my safeties. Very frustrating to say the least. Renner isnt afraid to take off and run, would have had more impressive rushing stats if he hadnt got sacked 6x. Hit stick him and that ball will pop out.

Miami is now 5-2 riding a 4 game winning streak after going 1-2 to start the year.

Next Week Miami plays GTech for 2nd place behind Kentucky.

Wow I just beat the cpu 66-52 in the first game of new dynasty. Pretty crazy how the wrs got behind my guys everytime. I was forced to play corner because stupid nebraska corners take off running before every play and i couldnt make the plays out there. Then when I switched to man the glitch stopped happenning and we just got straight up burned. Crazy game. Gave up 541 yards passing to WASHINGTON.

i've been playing some Road to Glory high school games with a WR/CB

playing as CB with that camera angle seems to have helped me be a better defender when controlling a defensive back in regular game modes

my best friend was a little better than me before going on vacation for this week and he just got back tonight first game we played i beat him 87-20. 2nd game he swore he had figured it all out and would hang with me and he did as i was only up 28-20 at halftime but then i scored and he had 2 fumbles to open up the 3rd qtr and HE TOOK HIS GAME OUT AND SNAPPED IT IN HALF. He's done with college football forever.

I've gotten better than I thought I was at this game.


I just had a MAJOR breakthrough in this game. I've figured out how to stop the lob. I have to take the corner and run out of the play and then run back into the play to swat the ball. For some reason dbs seem completely incompetent unless they are recovering to close in on a wr. if the ball is lobbed right to the corner he just sits there helpless and gets caught on.
