dude's got serious circles under his eyes. wonder if he's having trouble sleeping at night?
10/28/2008 1:00:17 PM
wouldn'd you if your significant other had been murdered?[Edited on October 28, 2008 at 1:04 PM. Reason : OR IF YOU WERE A MURDERER!!1!]
10/28/2008 1:03:09 PM
It's hard to sleep in the Wake county jail. All they have are mats on the floor.
10/28/2008 1:05:37 PM
i have circles under my eyes and i sleep like a baby. but the man is guilty as sin. there is no question about it. his wife was raping him of all his money in the divorce settlement and had spent anything else he could have possibly saved up before then and even had to be responsible for paying the debt she accumulated. hell, i almost want to kill someone just thinking about it. dude is guilty.
10/28/2008 1:06:26 PM
what is so hard about filing for divorce these days? i mean i know it can be expensive and all, but so can a murder trial.
10/28/2008 1:12:03 PM
he wasn't gonna get out of that marriage that easily
10/28/2008 1:12:55 PM
I still think he's innocent
10/28/2008 1:14:07 PM
I do too actually but guess we'll see what evidence they have

well hopefully he'll get a good public defenderha. yea. that is reassuring.

10/28/2008 5:10:30 PM
sounds like someone has been locked up before
10/28/2008 5:16:36 PM
naw i just read about it somewhere.
10/28/2008 5:18:14 PM
no shame in gettin' locked up....now you got MAD skreet cred
10/28/2008 5:19:40 PM

my bets are on "No Death Penalty"it's gonna be hard enough to get a murder conviction as it is.
10/31/2008 1:59:43 AM
^i'd have to agree with you there. i'm actually pretty shocked they ended up arresting him. i thought he'd get away with it, like the husband in the Young case.
10/31/2008 10:02:55 AM
10/31/2008 10:33:57 AM
wait, is there evidence they're simply not sharing?
10/31/2008 10:38:51 AM
10/31/2008 10:41:18 AM
the only thing you know about him is they were having marital problems and that she's dead.. that's hardly enough for a conviction or IMO even enough to charge him. I'm assuming they have a lot more since they were able to charge him and we just don't know about it--with the rest I'd probably agree he was guilty but until I see that it's retarded to assume he's guilty.[Edited on October 31, 2008 at 11:23 AM. Reason : and it's their fee, not there fee.]
10/31/2008 11:23:21 AM
^^ well i was WONDERING if that was going to happen.that is way way WAY better for him. random public defender would have definitely(well very likely) been horrible.
10/31/2008 11:27:45 AM
^^ yea yea yea, i reread it later but it was to late tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo fix it.^^ i dont mean based on evidence.. i mean if he was able to cover it up he could still be guilty. i guess i'm just trying to see if you really think it was coincidence knowing she was trying to leave him and they were having problems^ yea, im just not a big fan of his lawyers[Edited on October 31, 2008 at 11:46 AM. Reason : ha bite me im half asleep today]
10/31/2008 11:32:03 AM
so now you're saying he's guilty but not because of evidence?rrright.and, too, not to. you have time to fix this one
10/31/2008 11:35:49 AM
i, too, assume they must have something on him that they're not sharingbut until it's revealed, it just seems stupid
10/31/2008 11:36:37 AM
They probably tripped him up in questioning and found a bunch of inconsistencies. Then they found further inconsistencies after talking to her friends and family. They probably found some physical or forensic evidence too. All of that stuff pieced together may not look too good on him.
10/31/2008 11:39:39 AM
Probably true.. my point is none of us know that for sure though

is $2 Million a typical bond amount for an "average" Murder 1 case? I shouldn't think he'd be a flight risk any more than any other guy facing the same charges.[Edited on December 5, 2008 at 5:24 PM. Reason : ]

I'm looking forward to seeing what they have against him; though I really haven't seen anything that makes me thing "ZOMG MURDERER!!!". (and yes I know they're not sharing everything with the public). Gonna be interesting to see how this unfolds.
12/8/2008 11:54:09 AM
I'd feel weird if I were his coworker and he got released to work around someone accused of strangling their wife to death.
12/8/2008 11:58:46 AM
i felt weird riding the elevator with him, just knowing there was a possibility that he murdered her
12/8/2008 12:06:52 PM
i don't feel weird besides walking by his office on purpose to meet him. [Edited on December 8, 2008 at 12:09 PM. Reason : he's not in today /TWW Stalker News]

or ... maybe ... it could be a basic murder with no aggravating factors, and is therefore not eligible for the death penalty. or ... maybe ... the prosecution already has going to have a hard enough time getting sufficient evidence to make a murder charge stick. throw in the death penalty, and the defense would be assured of an acquittal.look, I'm ready to talk shit about "the man be oppressin folks" as much as anyone ... but this type kneejerk response flying in the face of facts, well it's heading towards the realm of plain and simple douchebaggery.[Edited on December 8, 2008 at 5:49 PM.
