^ Impressive, so we can expect 100,000 pts from you every 25 days and maybe even faster as you get up to full speed! You are also about ready to break the top 1000 users. I just want to remind everyone while NeoEraser is putting up some staggering numbers, all of the other users collectivly make up 70% of our team's production, so everyone Fold On and don't stand by and watch. Cheers.

anybody know a manual way to add the FAH5 console as a service to a Win98 machine? Choosing to run it as a service in the console options doesn't work, presumable because that only works on WinXP/2k. I've tried adding a String in the LOCALMACHINE\blah\foo\RunService registry part, and that runs it as a service, but it runs it in a damned window, and I don't want the window. I tried it w/ the -service flag as well, but that didn't work. I've tried tray-it! and that didn't work, and FireDaemon won't install on Win98...

old program i used to run in win98http://www.expocenter.com/hideit/

^^EMIII has a stealth mode, so if you run it as a service in stealth mode nothing will be visible. I'm not sure that is the best solution, but it should work.

Hiya guys.Quick question...I'm having a little problem... Ok, I have 2 machines just sitting in my office that aren't connected to the network, and I'd like to use these CPU cycles anyway... When I run the client console, even with the "userid=" field entered into the .cfg file it just tries and tried to connect, without success of course. No work is done.Is there any way around this? All I get is "UserID not found locally, connecting to server ... " yada yada yada... I'm trying to assign one to it locally (gotten of a machine that IS connected) and it isn't working. I'm using 2 thumbdrives as the work drives and setting the -local flag...thanks.

Not sure this is possible... i could be wrong. The console detects a new machine so it tries to reconfigure itself and download the info necessary. I don't know if there is a way around it...btw, GG Prospero on steppin' up production... You'll be back in the top 3 in no time. [Edited on February 3, 2005 at 12:16 PM. Reason : jeah]

The main cisco switch in my P4 lab keeps going down (like everyday). It's hard to report units when you have no internet.
