As I hate being on the bottom of a page

REPOST:

Oh I love Target too...but it's on the ON level for me.

It's a little harder being a larger girl too. I really have to examine my clothes for quality and shape and cut because a lot of the things offered in larger sizes looks like a tent (MY BIGGEST FRUSTRATION but I won't go there because I could talk for days).

I'm big on fashion though, as in I read/watch and study what's being designed and whats coming out each year. I then go on hunts to find those pieces in cuts that look good on my body type. That's the hardest part. I like having friends that let me dress them, and that's what I liked about working in retail because I could put together those looks on the skinny chicks with the snap of a finger.

Ok I'm rambling, but I think what I was trying to say is I will search any and everywhere to find something to put into my wardrobe. I have a mental catalog of what I own, so its fun trying to find different style shirts, etc to wear with whats in my closet. And I don't really care where I find these pieces (and at times how much they cost) as long as I like them.

I use this no problems but I am also naturally a lil darker.

Diva you ever try http://www.torrid.com? I don't know if there is a store by you but we have them here. I go in to look at shoes for my big feet but they are SUPER fashionable for larger women.

Exfoliate before putting it on. Make sure you get it fully rubbed in. Or spend a few more $ and get the Versa Spa instant tan from Sun Tan City. Love them

well BFT sends emails out all the time and they only focus on large shoe sizes (I think 10 and up) I'm an 8.5 so I just go and search for the shoe on another site if I like it.

Nine west has been included...and they're actually the ones that prompted me to purchase these

Omg those yellow shoes are cute!

How much does a professional spray on tan cost? I'm ridiculously pale, to the point that my fiance jokes I'm translucent, but since I'm at high risk for skin cancer, it's not like I can go sunbathing to solve the problem I'm contemplating a fake tan for my wedding but don't want to look like an oompa loompa.

I love neutrogena's build a tan lotion! It didn't get orange or streaky on me, and lasted awhile when I was applying it every other day.

I even had compliments on my "tan" in early March

I got these from Target last year ... LOVE them!! sure they're Target quality, but they're great, comfy, summery shoes (the straps are a little lighter color than it appears in the pic)

there are also plenty more where that came from

@ piddlebug - have you tried endless.com? It's where I got my wedding shoes after looking EVERYWHERE.
(And I mean everywhere - stores here in jersey and NYC, and in Charleston. They have a good return policy too, in case they don't fit right on the first go around )

as for the skirt and stuff...

i'm all into matchy-matchy too so i'm not the best source for an answer

I woke up yesterday with a painful, red lump on my boob. Dr. Google seems to say that normally if it hurts and is red it's probably something infection-related and not a big deal for the most part, but other places say anything weird with your boobs should get checked out. If it were anywhere else I wouldn't be too worried, but that area makes me paranoid. Right now I'm thinking I'll wait a few days and if it doesn't go away head to the doctor. Has anyone else ever had something like that? :-/

The loungewear piece would be cute short....but where it wherever you want

The skirt...I'd say do the lighter top but not lighter capris (I'm guessing you mean legging type things?). I'd throw some black footless tights with that skirt. It would look strange with light blue.

Am I on the right track of what you were asking?

Pardon the bluntness, but, could it be an emerging zit?

It is not a place we get zits, but hey, could happen... and would not be freakout worthy.

underboob area, below the nipple. I am thinking it's probably just some kind of irritation/blemish (doesn't feel like a zit at all though, haha). I have been running more and getting sweaty so I imagine it's probably related to that, but I just have never had anything of this nature come up before and the fact that it actually hurts rather than just being tender is kind of weird to me. Just wanted to check for others' experience.

I have been working out more recently (well, I was before I got sick) and I started getting a few blemishes in the cleavage area. I think it's just allt he sweating and lack of oxygen in that area with sportsbras and all....

I'd say don't worry unless it lasts too long.

i don't have that per say but i have had a lump on my breast (no worries - my OBGYN has been aware of it since day 1) since 2003. it's right above the nipple and is about the size of a marble. hard as a freaking rock. and since it sits kind of close to the surface, you can see the node mostly because if the discoloration right there but also there's a tiny bump. they think it's from birth control - eventually i'll get it removed but since it hasn't changed at all, we're not super concerned with it.

does yours feel hard like a marble? does it hurt when you push on it? mine doesn't hurt - it's just literally hard as a rock. and if i push it closer to the skin, you can see it's just a mass because it's lumpy (like a crater).

if it's still there in a few days or gets worse, make an appointment. i freaked when i first found my lump - it literally came on overnight. but now it's just kind of...there.

Yep, it's pretty hard and sounds a lot like yours, although it does hurt. I can feel behind it if I grab it, and it's sort of lumpy shaped, not just round. Probably 3/4 inch across. (just groped myself at my desk to double check all that. I'm glad nobody walked by, because that would have been awkward to explain)

[Edited on April 13, 2011 at 12:31 PM. Reason : my uneducated guess is infected milk duct maybe as the symptoms sound right]

I had an underboob zit that is still red after a couple months, probably need to have that checked out. I was using polyasporin but I added monistat because one can get yeast infections in that area too.

^^ that's what mine feels like. my doctor thinks either a duct got blocked or its just a lump of mass that formed. if yours hurts you should probably call your doctor to be safe. although if i mess around with mine too much sometimes it will start to hurt

So how does the spray tan work? Are you naked? Does it spray your face. There aren't any VersaSpa/Sun Tan Citys near me but there's a mystic spray tan near my apartment. Is ther emuch difference?

the versa spa is the newer version. You can be naked or wear a swin suit (I would suggest naked because it can stain). Yes they spray your face but give you a special lotion canput on if you do not want color there. Also make sure you put the lotion on your palms, in between fingers and toes, and elboes to prevent having color in those areas. It is attracted to dry skin, so exfoliate and moisturize.

The mystic is still good too, I just prefer the versa because they have a heater in the booth
