Went to the gym during lunch and did back and shoulders.Then had spare time so I did some light bicep work (fuck you, gimp elbow).Biked 14 miles after work.

^No, and neither do I. We'll do some long walks when it's not so hot. The last time I tried to walk him in heat like this he laid down in the shade after two miles and refused to move. I got bored with P90X and have now switched over to Bodyrock. Good stuff. HIIT in short bursts and I usually tag a 20 minute run afterwards. http://www.bodyrock.tvI sweat more during one of their 15 minute sessions than I would after doing a full P90x workout.

Started my bicycle commute to work today (7mi one way). It was hot like I expected but I didn't realize it was 98ยบ out until I got here! Thankfully the humidity was only around 36% or else I would have been a puddle of slime by the time I got here. Let's see if I survive my first trip back tonight around 10:30. And I am still doing p90x on a regular basis. Since I will be biking 70 miles a week I figured I'd cut back on some of the cardio workouts but ramp up the strength portions. And now that I am 99% transitioned back in Raleigh I can finally make my own meals again so that will help in getting back on my eating schedule/diet.

So a total of a mile run this am broken up by the following .2 mile lap.2 mile lap side shuffle (switching sides half way through) .2 mile lap with 5x 25 air squats .2 mile lap with 5x 20 jump squats.2 mile lap with half of that walking lunges.2 mile lap with 5x 20 burpeesHe had cones set up every so often so that we would run between cones then do the squats and burpees.[Edited on July 12, 2011 at 8:00 AM.
