^^ Where you bootcamping? I'm doing one MWF at Gold's in Cary. Lots of cardio, wish there was a little more resistance training. Been doing that on the side (pullups/back, biceps, more pushups since those seem to get ignored in class).Had my regular Thursday night soccer game last night, so basically ran sprints for 20-30 minutes straight.

i've been running 1-4 miles daily alternating. so far i've lost 0 lbs but i have spread it up and down from my stomach which is good.

Went on 3.5 mile run, 28 minutes which is a shitty 8 min/mile pace, but it was 87 degrees and I was running with a pint and an appetizer in my gut.

lifted weights, chest and triceps.ran on treadmill for 30 mins, alternating between running and walking on an incline. run for about 4-5 minutes, then walk on incline for 1.5-2 minutes. in total it was over 2 miles, can't remember how much though.[Edited on June 13, 2011 at 9:40 PM. Reason : ]

3hr walk 'hike?' around lake raleigh.i left my purse/water/dog bowl at the entrance of the path but when i got back there was one little kid fishing and he asked if that was my purse... is that your car?... After a heavy night of drinking, until 7am, I rode my bike around Savannah for 2 hours. Not sure how many miles I rode but it's all flat so I was peddling almost the entire time. Does this count?
