Do you get sweaty doing the bike ride? When I was a teenager I rode my bike to work and I was sweaty as hell, wasn't really appropriate lol.I live 26miles from work via the interstate, no bike riding for me.But I'll be hitting the gym for 30min cardio and lower body strength training in a few minutes!

i do get sweaty (although it was like 48 degrees when i got on the bike this am so it wasn't too bad) but we have a shower here at work. so i usually get in at 8 shower and then i'm at my desk by like 8:30 which is 30 minutes earlier than i have to be here

-24.5 lbs since mid-February. Three days straight of working out and not quite hitting that 25 lb mark. Goal was to lose 10 lbs in winter (starting mid-February), 20 lbs in spring, and 20 lbs in summer for a total of 50 lbs. Breaking it up like that has made it more manageable and easier to plot whether I'm on track to make each goal. Really working hard to hit that spring goal asap and get started on the last 20.

Hey we are at about the same place, I am .2 away from 25lbs. down. Most stubborn .2 too. I started beginning of Feb though. And I have a lot more to go.But I figure if I just keep doing what I'm doing (eat right, exercise) then it'll come off eventually!

Mowed the entire yard (a lot of up and down terrain with no self-propel...actually decent exercise). Pullups, dips, leg raises, and a couple mile jog later tonight.
