oh by drowning i was thinking they were holding them and then disposing. i suppose that wouldnt be bad.electrocution doesn't sound too horrible provided they had enough voltage... i mean hell they electrocute people.there's really know non-cruel way to paint hanging tho.
7/18/2007 6:46:41 PM
congrats on being the 1000th post in this thread and for being so cooooolllddd-bloooodddeeeedddd
7/18/2007 9:13:52 PM
didnt really come out the way i meant it. either way i'd rather be electrocuted than hung or drowned.
7/18/2007 9:29:38 PM
i'd rather get lethal injection
7/18/2007 10:25:54 PM
hanged, not hung
7/18/2007 10:28:53 PM
Vick sucks.
7/18/2007 11:39:48 PM
Im surprised Jackson or Sharpton havent called the US Government racist yet for indicting a black man.
7/19/2007 12:15:34 AM
Vick is done for.federal prosecutors have a 95% conviction rate.like the g-man said on the pacman show today, the next time we see vick, he'll be in the newest remake of the longest yard. good riddance.
7/19/2007 12:40:40 AM
what a piece of shit Vick is.
7/19/2007 12:56:07 AM
i thought it comes with 6 years?hell be like 33/34...have fresh legs...maybe he will come back
7/19/2007 12:58:45 AM
6 is the MAX. He will prolly get like 6months to a year, and be out in 3 months or so with good behavior. Afterall, go look up some convictions on dog fighting. I am not bored enough to do this, but I doubt anyone with no record gets the max or even close to it for this. Not that I condone dog fighting, but it I doubt anyone ever gets years for it. And I would bet the case is "somewhat" weak since it took them SO LONG to get an indictment. I am willing to bet its just a buch of his so called friends/family wanting to rat him out to save themselves. If Vick really was SO involved, and SUCH a big player in the dog fighting world, dont you think a hint of it would have come out by now, since he has apparently been involved in it for 7 years?? Someone would have gotten him on video and sold it by now. He will get a conspiracy conviction and a month or so in jail, or even probation out of this. Its being blown way out of proportion.
7/19/2007 1:19:59 AM
federal prosecutors dont indict people unless they have a solid case....hence the 95% conviction rate.and it "took so long" because at first this was being investigated by local authorities. the feds only just recently stepped in....they didn't take so long[Edited on July 19, 2007 at 1:25 AM. Reason : .]
7/19/2007 1:24:31 AM
7/19/2007 1:37:42 AM
you said the feds probably have a weak case.i said they wont indict people unless they have a strong case.never said anything about his potential sentencing.....
7/19/2007 1:40:10 AM
even if Vick (all his speed/skill aside) was a Carolina Panther, this would just be too much for me to condone it...just because something is a subculture doesnt mean its rightat least in boxing, ufc, etc the fighters have the choice of fighting
7/19/2007 1:45:21 AM
They do have a weak case. If ANY evidence of him being at dog fights, promoting them etc, existed, it would have made its way to the surface at some point in the past 7 years they are claiming. No offense, but the broke black dudes around those fights would have sold this info/video long ago if it did exist. Once again, I don't see much coming of this, unless some stingy brother held on to this "evidence" only to give it to the government for free, which we all know didnt happen. People in that so called gambling world are in it to make money, and any evidence of Vick in this is a big pay day, yet we didnt here even the slightest peep till his COUSIN got busted at a house he owned. Why is that? Hmmmm, sounds like the government fishing to me. This is the 5% they dont make public I suppose I am willing to admit that he owned the house and had some knowledge of what was going on, but I seriously doubt he was present at fights or personally killed dogs as some are having us to belive. http://sportsbybrooks.com/davon-boddie-rats-out-michael-vick-to-feds-on-dog-fighting-13375.phpcute theory on why there's an indictment now when there wasn't supposed to be one a few weeks ago...
7/19/2007 6:29:21 AM
Well surprise surprise he's a superstar much like Ray Lewis so the NFL will let the system run its course before deciding to suspend or not suspend him. I bet Pacman is pissed. Are the Falcons playing Philly this year in Philly? Their fans will be brutal on him. Hopefully this will make him have a bad year so the NFC South gets a little easier for the Panthers.

Michael Vick is a Golden Piece of Shit
7/19/2007 10:58:19 AM
this thread is almost like the duke lacrosse one but more ownage.
7/19/2007 11:05:48 AM
according to espn the commish called and spoke with the falcons and they agreed to let him play as the legal process runs its course. I hope someone hits him with bottles, boos him everytime he touches the ball, and pickets the fuck out of wherever he plays. I personally think the commish is making a big, big mistake letting this fucking prick step foot on the field.
7/19/2007 11:08:07 AM
agreed, like I don't blame Duke for kicking the students off the LAX team upon indictment, I wouldn't blame the commissioner for suspending vick indefinitely until his legal problems are solved. His court date is next Thursday, day 1 of the Falcons training camp... He won't play. No way he can prepare with all the other shit he has to do now.
7/19/2007 11:22:06 AM
Michael Vick is a piece of shit.

RoyalFlush - 6 yrs is the max for current charges. There could still be a whole slew more coming. Tax evasion, cruelty to animals, multiple counts for the same charges also equals more time. For federal charges people convicted must serve 80% of their sentence.Vick is screwed. I just wish there was a way for him to get kicked out of the league before this year begins. If I was the coach, I would give him time off to take care of legal matters, b/c we all know that this is going to be a major distraction to other players if Vick is still in the locker room.

and I can't wait for the city of Atlanta to implode shortly after that.

^ Yeah that's a really naive statement.
7/19/2007 4:17:28 PM
WHERE ARE JESSE JACKSON AND AL SHARPTON WHEN YOU REALLY NEED THEM?
7/19/2007 4:20:05 PM
According to ATH, Sharpton has been writing letters to the NFL urging them to distance themselves from Vick.
7/19/2007 5:47:51 PM
^wow

7/20/2007 9:29:15 AM
7/20/2007 9:41:16 AM
this dude is so fucked....on espn they are talking about the financial aspects surrounding decisions of kicking Vick out of Atlanta. The falcons have a legal battle with his contract....He supposedly has been paid around 40mil of his original deal and the falcons can actually try and gain back 29.5 mil of that because they consider it signing bonuses. They are talking about him taking a leave of absence...paying him the 6 million for the season, dropping him from the roster if he is guilty, and then taking back the bonus money. That would leave him with practically nothing once his legal fees are paid.....BYE BYE MICHAEL DICK!
7/20/2007 1:55:34 PM
he's probably made a shitload out of endorsements though
7/20/2007 1:56:42 PM

I dont really know a lot about dog fighting because I'm white so its not part of my culture. But aren't you supposed to kill the dogs that lose as a mercy thing?
7/21/2007 1:05:25 PM
you get more ignorant with every post in this thread
7/21/2007 1:14:14 PM
rally you should work on getting arrested so you might actually have a chance to literally suck vicks cock, as youve been doing it figuratively for years on here
7/21/2007 2:09:32 PM
^^^ depends. most dogs are evaluated after a fight and dogs that can be rehabilitated are. obviously due to the nature of the act this doesn't happen often, but dogs just aren't arbitrarily killed after fights.
7/21/2007 2:21:29 PM
nah dogfighting isnt my thing i wouldnt care to be around it.... just sucks that one of the most exciting athletes in the world might be shutdown for part of the season over off the field incidents...As a Panther fan though it improves our chances so im not too torn over it
