squatting deep works your glutes and hamstrings harder. If you've ever seen a stripper go into a gym to do a workout, they usually focus on deep squats and lunges.

if you have a bicycle try to ride it a lot more. maybe if you are going somewhere and you have extra time and it doesn't matter if you are all sweaty. but its great butt, thigh, and calve workout. plus cardio. and without the shock of running. ftw^i'm in Wilimington all summer so i work out down here. but when school gets back in i'm always looking for someone to consistently hit up carmichael with]
