Yes. It says in the new guide agreement that you should not claim ChaCha on unemployment. "Technically" you can't earn more than $150 a week or so and still claim unemployment, but since ChaCha is a contractor position and doesn't pay taxes, there is no way for the ESC to find out.

^ If someone uses you as a referral and they get hired, they become part of your "team". At that point, you get 10% of everything they do. It doesn't come out of their pay or anything, just an extra bonus that ChaCha provides to people that recruit guides. Hence the whole reason I started this thread.
