thats definitely a picture of Felton and not NazrI could see how you'd confuse them tho...they're only 10 inches apart

12/21/2007 11:53:12 AM
yeah silly mei just put up the picture of Felton blocking Williams because I was thinking about one of the previous posts slurping Deron

so he can go play in portland, one of the few markets which just may have less national visibility than charlotte
12/21/2007 7:02:20 PM
but omg they had clyde the glide!and arvydas sabonis!
12/21/2007 7:55:14 PM
Nazr's stat line from Friday night: 20 pts (8-11 fg), 14 rebounds, 4 blocks. Most importantly, Bobcats win easily.Impressive.
12/22/2007 3:35:30 PM
Blew another chance at a win today losing to the Bucks 103-99.Starting 5 all had at least 14 points with J Rich getting 30 but the damn bench got 6 points total.Pathetic. This shows our starting 5 is capable of being good and the bench sucks outside of Carroll.
12/23/2007 12:42:06 AM
Great overtime win versus Indiana on New Years Eve afternoon...Wallace finished with 36but wtf is up with starting McInnis and Felton? Wasn't Felton supposed to play more PG exclusively this year with BK gone? Did we really trade for J-Rich so we could move him to the 3 and Gerald to the 4? How the fuck come when you add up Emeka's and Nazr's minutes from the last couple games, they add up to exactly 48 minutes and zero seconds? Does Sam Vincent think a small lineup will always work? That said, should be a good one against the Bulls tonight although Ben Gordon has caught fire recently since going back to his 6th man role and coming off the bench. Also Ben Wallace has stepped up his shitty play from this year and has also played better their last few games...I guess the Bulls players don't have a problem with Skiles getting canned
1/2/2008 3:27:55 PM
Of all the players in the NBA who have hit at least one 3-pointer this season, guess who is dead last in percentage? And look who is ballin out right above him at 263http://tinyurl.com/2fy77t]

1/9/2008 9:35:54 PM
solid road win over the almighty Celts, even though they were w/o Ray Allen (who beat us last game w/ a buzzer beating 3).J-Rich went off tonight. It's a big win over the league's best team, but I don't really feel like it means that much other than to maybe boost team morale. [Edited on January 9, 2008 at 10:03 PM. Reason : r]
1/9/2008 9:56:29 PM
It also took that shot at the buzzer by Allen to beat the Bobcats without Gerald Wallace. Overall we have played the celts pretty good both times this year.
1/9/2008 10:01:25 PM
great win, 2 in a row, both over playoff teams, we're 4 games out of 8th
1/9/2008 10:27:59 PM
and lol at primoz playing on espn in garbage time for Detroithahaha primoz just had a rebound putback dunk (that didnt count cause it was after a whistle) but its pretty awesome to not see him as a bobcat]
1/9/2008 11:21:39 PM
that's funny
1/10/2008 1:42:59 AM
wow how the heck did we beat them!?!?!
1/10/2008 2:28:24 AM

1/10/2008 2:29:46 AM

1/10/2008 12:16:26 PM

1/11/2008 9:38:40 PM

refs almost gave the game to the King and his CavsCarroll has been balling it up here in overtime. He just hit a three for the lead, which just vanished back to a tie. tied @ 100 with 38.5 seconds left.
1/11/2008 10:03:14 PM
down 7 in 2OTall fallen apart now
1/11/2008 10:17:13 PM
woulda been nice to get the win tonight, but even with the loss, it kinda feels like they're wakin up. unfortunately, its after the easiest part of the schedule....so that sucks.
1/12/2008 12:25:18 AM
PG play tonight should be interesting...its possible that Felton, McInnis and Anderson are all out
1/12/2008 1:37:50 PM
going to my first bobcats game tonight.Interested to see the stadium. Sucks Felton is out i wanted to see him in person to see if he's bad as all the scouts say he is or if he's just a little behind on the learning curve.
1/12/2008 1:48:06 PM
I've never been to a Bobcats game before. Going tonight, Monday, to see the Nuggets play them. Where is the best place to park? Anyone know what time the teams warm up and shoot around? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
1/14/2008 1:21:51 AM
Definitely checking out Denver tonight...AI is one of the top few players in the league to see in person. We always park in the ten dollar lot right next to the stadium, I think technically its on the back side of the stadium, but I'm not sure of the street name.If you don't have tickets yet, don't buy them from the box office...definitely scalp. You can always get good seats for 50 percent face value or less. They might be a little more with a good team like Denver coming in, but still much less than face.I never get there early enough to see the teams warm up, but I think they shootaround from about 45 minutes to 15 mins before the tip.
1/14/2008 9:29:49 AM
yeah what he ^ said and what I said in the PMSam Vincent is protesting the bullshit offensive interference call from the Pistons game. If Miami got a replay, first in the league since 1981, maybe we can get one too cause thats bullshti
1/14/2008 11:39:15 AM
^^ yeah, AI is my favorite player, and still one of the best in the league. It should hopefully be a good game tonight. ^ & ^^ thanks for the advice. Go Iverson / Bobcats!! I'm excited.
1/14/2008 12:46:13 PM
AI is hosting a pre-game party at Jillian's http://www.charlotte.com/171/story/444161.htmlPRE-game party for a 7:00pm game?
1/14/2008 1:58:59 PM
That article was from yesterday...I think the party was last night
1/14/2008 2:06:22 PM
Another parking idea is to park in one of the free lots at a light rail station and ride it in since there is a stop at the arena. I'll get out of this thread now.
1/14/2008 2:11:43 PM
^^ah yeah that makes sense...it would make no sense at all to have a party at jillians at like 4pm on gameday^yeah the light rail stop called "Transportation Center" or whatever is right on Trade Street between the Arena and Bus Station]
1/14/2008 2:12:18 PM
Awesome fucking game to be atWhoever it was that tonight was their first Bobcats game, it was a hell of a way to break your cherryThat Wallace/Carmelo battle was epic
1/14/2008 10:14:36 PM
emeka with ANOTHER DOUBLE DOUBLE [/devlin]
1/14/2008 10:34:47 PM
Yeah and Camby with a crazy stats game20 points, 23 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 blocks...only the 4th player since 1990 to go 20-20-6-6 in those categoriesSo many awesome dunks in this game by both teams...Gerald had 4 or 5, J-Rich had a couple, and Kmart and Anthony had some sweet ones as well. Mohammed missed a big dunk near the end though that almost ended up costing us.Carrol's shot is so sweet...his release is as quick ad Dell Curry's, if not quicker
1/14/2008 11:19:43 PM
great gamealso great night to have Camby and G-Force in your fantasy lineup
1/15/2008 12:51:46 PM
anybody going to see Nelson, Howard, Lewis, Turkoglu, etc tonight?
1/16/2008 2:17:05 PM
beat that ass...magic was up 15 at the half...tie game after 3...bobcats win, 36 for wallace, great game, great win
1/16/2008 11:13:37 PM
This is a big win.
1/17/2008 3:36:13 AM
wtfi guess it means he's a winner or something so i can't hate on wallace, but i can damn sure hate on that hat and jersey
1/18/2008 11:02:40 AM
Playing the Spurs now on News 14. J-Rich just hit his 117th three of the year, setting a Bobcats single season record for 3pt fg made, and it is only the 41st game of the season.[Edited on January 21, 2008 at 1:55 PM. Reason : .]
1/21/2008 1:54:48 PM
oh yeah forgot they had a game todaydo that many people get mlk day off that they would get decent attendance?I'd be surprised if they do
1/21/2008 2:09:10 PM
If people in NC realized that this was as close as we're going to get to having a legitimate non-football professional sports team Bobcats t-shirts would be flying off the shelves. I cannot understand why nobody gives a shit about this team while there are TONS of Panthers fans. Even drafting celebrity UNC players couldn't appeal to Carolinians.
1/21/2008 2:14:42 PM
Most people used up thier basketball love on the Hornets and now the Bobcats are getting the leftoversIts like in Big Daddy when they waste the good surprise on Adam Sandler and Jon Stewart gets the lame one
1/21/2008 2:32:56 PM
it will take a superstar player before the majority of Carolinians get into the 'Cats. or maybe it will only take a few consecutive winning seasons. people already talk about the 'Cats without really following or being a fan.
1/21/2008 4:54:36 PM
a superstar player like...wallace or richardson?
