^^You can get some of them in that $40-$50 price range I believe, but I figured I'd get one of the better ones where the weight is distributed best, rather than something that's more top-heavy

I will probably get a weighted vest soon.

For a few months now I have been using weighted ankle/wrist weights. As soon as I get home from work, I change and put them on (1 kg/wrist + 2 kg/ankle). I keep them on until I go to sleep. On the weekend, I keep them on all day unless I am going out, but lately, I have been keeping the ankle weights on even when going out if not going too far.

Once I take them off after having them on for a few hours and doing lots of chores at home, I feel like I am going to float away; 'tis a great feeling!

I want to get new, slimmer ones that I can wear under pants legs so that I can wear them to work. Now that would be so great for my health!

Anyone train twice a day? Trying to figure out how that works without one workout not cannibalizing the other.

Train doesn't have to mean lifting weights both times

Could be like weights in morning, yoga in evenings or something

I mean like everything, it depends, but I guess the question is: why? Do you prefer to work twice a day? Do you have goals that you don't feel you can complete once a day? Are you The Rock?

Seems like it's unnecessary or counterproductive for the vast majority of people.

A good heuristic to that is carb grams + fat grams < protein grams. Eggs are about 1 to 1 but almost all sausage has way less protein than fat. Chicken and turkey not included.

I usually fit two workouts in. I'll lift in the morning before work, and then run in the evening after work.
M W F - lift upper body. T TH - lift legs and core. S SU - lift if I have time.

Then for running, it's anywhere from 2.5 to 4 miles per run at about 9:00/mi pace. Run two days, take a day off, run two days, day off, etc. *

*I'll hop on the peleton instead of run if the weather is crappy. I like running outside

That is really encouraging to hear. I wish I could do that for like 50 more years straight. That is exactly what I wish was commonplace.
