I don't think you can get to the top of hill anymore. They have like a fence in the staircase that goes from top to bottom and requires an id scan.

Lee/Sullivan/UT Parking deck are the current favorites, but I think that 2-3 people have died jumping off of Bragaw in the past two decades.

I've heard that in late 90s/early00s, a guy jumped off of Dabney/Cox, but hit a lower balcony and ended up paralyzed instead of dead.
