Game was so awesome. That Faulk goal was magical. Had a great angle from our seats in the corner. We could see the opening as soon as he came out the box but then they executed it perfectly. The pass, the catch, the finish. Go canes!!!

1- Can kick back and enjoy playoff hockey for a week solely for the entertainment aspect
2- Literally every series affects us, so we do have some investment to root for certain teams.

If Boston and San Jose get knocked out, we are the #1 seed left in the playoffs.

If the Blue Jackets win, we obviously would get home ice in the ECF
Only 1 team left in the West would have home ice over us in a potential series (Sharks)

We are ahead of the Avs and Stars in terms of reg season standings. We are tied with the Blues but own the tiebreaker(ROW - 44 vs 42).

After the first 2 rounds, seeds have no role in matchup determination, everything reverts to reg season standings and tiebreakers.

FIRST THINGS FIRST, BEAT NYI. After that...

We are pulling for Columbus for sure over Boston. But in the West, anyone but the Sharks gives us home ice in the SCF if we are fortunate enough to get there. Go Avalanche! Go Blues/Stars.
