In Florida, when they have "Carolina bbq" on the menu it's almost always mustard

I've had mustard sauces that were basically vinegar and mustard mixed that I loved - it was called Bucket Hill sauce at Firefox Inn at Snowshoe, WV - is that a specific style? All of the other mustard/SC sauces are that sweet "gold" sauce - didn't know if they have an east/west type of thing like we do. Also, I've been wanting to venture out to try Skylight Inn and also B's - is Skylight better than B's? I had always heard it was the best. The favorite that I've tried is Wilbur's in Goldsboro.

One of my recent favorites is Doug Saul's BBQ in Nashville.... the ambiance is half of the experience.Another favorite is Byrd's BBQ in Durham.

Old time barbecue is great because the management and staff disrespects paying customers

any good barbecue place has to have at least a little animosity to customers, it's a requirement
