The run on TE got me, I thought everyone would forget its a two TE league and then all of a sudden they were about out.

Yeah its not really the 2 qb that get you, it's the 2 qb, 2 te, 2 def.. You can get them but you gotta take them early.. Which I didn't

I've never played in a league like this with so many positions to fill. My primary league with my buddies is a 10 team league with 1qb, 2rb, 2wr, 1TE, 1Flex, 1D, 1K, and it kind of feels like an all star league, so this should be the exact opposite.

Yup, by the end of the year you'll be playing WR and RB you would never consider in a 10 team.

It's a fun league though I promise, being able to play so many positions and all.

Once you get into it, you'll realize it's a cool format.

Nice to see that all the 2000+ point teams made the playoffs this year. We've had a top scoring team get shafted every previous year due to the randomness of the head-to-heads.

Zero bench spots would actually help. You couldn't stash your bye week qb (or te, or def) and keep them from everybody else, since ya know there's not enough for everybody to have as many as they need

There's already a pretty low amount of week by week transactions right? 4 more bench spots would place an ever higher emphasis on the draft. I think it's already high enough with it being a 12 person league with a yuge roster.

all teams from last year have been renewed, everyone good with the teams currently in? think last year was very competitive with no quitters.

Any specific date that people can NOT do for the draft? Im thinking around Sept 1-3 in there, around 9 pm EST.

Gives the west coast folks time to get home from work and settled or in traffic at least.

Im going to tentatively set a draft date, we can change it if need be.

the current setup forces you to keep bench spots for insurance pieces on defense, QB, and tight ends. It's too risky to draft a player that you think might make a huge impact 6 weeks into the league, because you won't have enough bench spots to hold them when the bye weeks start. Adding extra bench spots would put more emphasis on drafting players with potential. It would also thin out the waiver wire even more, again putting more emphasis on drafting players with potential down the stretch.

I'm going to do a draft lottery for draft order.

I will try to get a video of it so there is no claim for cheating etc.

Think it will make it a little easier for everyone to know their draft spot more than 30 min prior to the draft

2 TE is the hard part...there arent 24 TEs in the league that can be started plus a backup option
