It's so good.

I have a lunch freezer bag thing that easily fits 3-4 blocks of it. It will keep it cold most of the day. So it's easy to get if from Charlotte back to Denver.

They also ship it nationally but it's $$$.

The bag says do not freeze but we actually froze a block and thawed it months later and it was fine. Didn't hold together as well but still cookable if you do it gently.

I make a mean livermush sandwich.

That sounds good. So there's a couple variations. My girlfriend and bestfriend get into arguments as to whether livermush pairs better with mayo or mustard. I like them both or even mixed. I typically do them with some type of bread, biscuit, etc and an egg and also pan sear a few slices. The jalapeno sounds interesting. I'll have to give it a try.

I also like it plain with sunny side up eggs on it. Having the yoke drip over the livermush is sooooo good.

Deep Fried...

I've eaten way too much bad food this week and now I am thinking about going to the Gotta Be NC Fest to see the tractor pulls. The deep fried candy bar stand is next to the grandstands.

I went to the Gotta Be NC Fest today at the fairgrounds and had deep fried chocolate chip cookie dough. Now I feel like I shouldn't eat anymore junk food until I go to the state fair in October.

My wife is currently out of town and I'm trying to figure out the best place to eat. I'm defaulting to Papa John's though.

I would actually put McDonald's on this list, now. my taste buds have matured to the point where I perceive it as trash, but I enjoy it anyway.
