Anyone know if you can "ban" child support/alimony etc in a prenup? 1A. If we get divorced neither party will seek child support or alimony... etc

^^ absolutely not to the Child Support. CS is the right of the child, not the parent, and as such, the parent cannot waive it (& and the child is a minor)
