My wife played it tIL you get to the base of operations and said it wasn't her thing. I said, "you've played it for 2 minutes, how could you know that". She said she has no idea what's going on so she doesn't like it. Whaaaaaaat? 2 minutes into the beta and gives up on it, lol

I got some kinda blue semi auto rifle last night. Put a sniper type scope on it and was takin fools out before they ever saw me. One shot, one kill.

open is open to all, it can be preloaded on XBONE on the 16th.

from what i've seen, there will be a new mission and the world will be more populated(the vid i watched specifically mentioned the dark zone, but i would imagine they would do PVE areas as well? Not 100% sure though).

Also, if you haven't deleted the closed beta from your xbone yet, don't. I believe you'll be able to use it.

Also, on Steam theres some video called "Agent Origins: Escape" that has to do with The Division. I'm about to watch it.

edit: Definitely watch the video. Kinda gives you a background on how this whole thing started. Really enjoying it. Its about 10 minutes long and i'm 4 minutes in.

Xbox is telling me I can preload this at like 23 gigs. Anyone know if You need to re-download if you have the closed beta. I assume you need to download something to get the additional content, but 23 gigs seems excessive.

lol, no. If you participate in the BETAs though, you do get some free clothes/weapon skins though I believe.

I prefer it that way honestly. I want a clean slate when the real game comes out. I'm ready for it. 2 weeks and 4 days

Yeah, you start new. Just if you use the auto turret, watch out in the DZ. people will run in to its fire to make you go rogue. But if your already rogue

I've really enjoyed the beta, so much so that I preordered the Gold version. I've never even bought DLC before. Couldn't really beat Gamer's Club 20% off + Discover Deals 12% + Best Buy Elite 2.5% + $10 certificate for pre-order.

Saw wolfpack2105 on there last night, but higher DZ level than me. Was also having network errors so couldn't chat.

I can see myself playing this enough to justify digital, but am too cheap to pay the premium. Wish I knew someone who I could share the digital deals with

^^^If I had one criticism its that the world is a little too "barren". Not enough rooms to search, not enough enemies to fight. Maybe thats just the beta. Maybe its better once the entire map is opened up. I dunno. The rest I'm reallllly enjoying.

Not sure how this could be fixed, but randoms running in to gunfire causing you/fireteam to go rogue. We had a group on top of the building (manhunt) with only two ways up. So me and one other go up 2 randoms watch us we clear one guy and 3 more shoot. The two randoms run between our fire and the 3 in manhunt. Killed them , but we go rogue and randoms kill us. It sucks we did most of the work and basically got rapped for trying to do a good thing.

Yeah unfortunately people just take the opportunity for easy credits and keys. Every now and again I would finally find some people that understand friendly fire. There were a few times on that one space by the DZ safezone that everyone loved camping where we'd go up to clear up the manhunt rogues but with sticky bombs and the like it's next to impossible not to clip someone. I thought for sure I was dead, but everyone seemed to relish in the fact that we just wiped out a bunch of kids using the most annoying cheese spot and no one shot any of the 20 second rogue timers down.

I think I equipped a piece of gear that had +39% scavenging and I don't know if that caused the 40DZ Creds per enemy or if I was just incredibly lucky but by Sunday I was just swimming in credits (25k) and like 58 keys. I think I ended up rocking 4.7k damage with 7.5k health and 1k skill. I used the yellow AR (purple ACR before that) and the blue M1A then purple M1A as secondary with extended mag. It wrecked shit good.
