i don't think he knew that's what he was "saying"...funny thoughShortly after Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio), Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), and Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) pulled the bill from the House floor, they released a statement ... Included in it was a link to a number of things that House Republicans suggest Obama should do [/link]http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/the-fix/wp/2014/08/01/boehner-has-delicious-executive-action-cake-also-enjoys-eating-it/[Edited on August 1, 2014 at 5:37 PM. I would almost prefer a republican president the next go round. This conservative belly aching is annoying.
8/2/2014 1:09:23 PM
You think the conservative belly aching is bad? Just wait until Jeb Bush wins the Presidency and you'll see.

Like everything else they promote, Republicans believe the more they say "Obama's failed Presidency" the more true it becomes. I don't blame them considering the constant daily reminders of how badly their last two term presidency turned out. Not only that, tearing Obama's presidency down is their only shot the bum they put up in 2016 has. The truth is, the only legitimate complaints against Obama come from progressive Democrats who feel he's failed them on civil liberties, fighting income equality, and foreign policy. I don't necessarily agree with those criticisms, but at least they are based in reality.
8/2/2014 4:58:41 PM
How can you not agree that he's failed miserably on civil liberties? He's quite possibly been worse on civil liberties than any president of the last 60 years.W. was horrendous on a lot of things, but Obama has been awful too and actually worse on things like deportations, extra judicial killing, the drug war, domestic spying, and the list goes on and on.

So it's intolerant to be skeptical of potential republican presidential candidates now? I don't think that word means what you think it means.

In the context of "party of tolerance" it means they tend not to be bigots. As in racists and homophobes, a la conservatives. It doesn't mean they tolerate that shit from conservatives.

Bump just to remind everyone whenever someone says lawsuits against Trump are unfair.
