You don't, under any circumstances, invite all of them out at the same time.

You tell each of them that you have family plans, or friends plans, and that if they WANT to do something with you for your birthday that they can have whatever other night that week/weekend and you can literally have a birthday dinner with each one of them separately at separate locations. What they don't know wont hurt them, and you are continuing to date them to see if they impress you in some form or fashion -especially around your birthday. You have to think they will want to take you to dinner and have a drink or two to celebrate.

I have a good job, am not cheap, and typically pay for dates at least early on since it is a social norm (especially in the south) but I have a problem with girls that think its an entitlement. Ok, let me clarify some things...

I am not every night going out with a different guy. When they invite me out I go out with them. Sometimes it's to dinner. Sometimes it's out to the bar on the weekend. Sometimes it's to go fishing or to sit on the beach or go out on the boat.

They pay, I have offered to pay for my share. When we go to the bar, I pretty much buy most of my drinks.

My mom said I'm doing it right because she has seen how I have started dating someone and we have gotten too serious too fast. My parents have been married for 30 years.

They are all in their late 20s to early 30s. They are all very nice guys with which I enjoy spending time. It's been very casual dating. I haven't gotten close enough to any of them to want to sleep with them yet.

I'm not trying to use them or get free shit out of them. I'm just trying to have fun and date around.

I'm thinking what I will tell them is that I'm just going to have a low key birthday, because who goes all out for their 27th birthday anyway, and just hangout with my family and girlfriends.

I'm not really sure if I want to move on to the next stage in a relationship anyway for now.
