Mix some flour, bit of corn meal, old bay or other seasoning in a ziploc bagDrop in some cleaned soft shells and shake gentlyHeat oil to 350-375 in a Dutch oven or other heavy bottom potFry 2-3 minutes, flip, fry another 2-3 minutes
