We barely beat Miami at their place and then they came here and slapped us around.

I'd rather have VT as well, but a win over Miami would at least be a plus on the resume.

if state could get past the gauntlet of Miami, Syracuse, then Duke, I would think they are in, even if they lose on Sunday

I suppose Thursday will be my first time attending the tournament. Is it easy to move down to the lower level? Stubhub has cheap upper level seats (plently between 10-20 bucks a piece), but I don't wanna sit up there if there are plenty down below. Should I just scalp instead?

Only for the non-popular games, and even then depending on the matchup it may be tough. I have been twice, and the carolina/duke/state games were always crowded (probably because duke/carolina were ranked high). It may be easier Thursday to move down as some people may not have traveled to Greensboro yet.

It has been a few years since I last went, but I sat in the upper level both times and didn't try to move down.

the fact that people are srsly expecting us to be beaten by Miami on Thursday makes me sick. That was just a bad game for us following the UNC@home, @Clemson disasters which pretty much killed our NCAAT chances - you could tell our guys were flat pretty much all game that day. No way we follow up with a similarly poor performance to start the ACCT!

I am looking for a way to record the broadcast since I'll be in the DPAC during the game Thursday and then immediately driving 3 hours to the beach (which would be perfect for listening to the game). My XM radio has a record feature, so I am planning to leave my radio on while I am in the show. I briefly thought about using my old boombox to record the broadcast in my car but then realized that I may not be able to find blank tapes anymore and it probably would only record 90 minutes of the game.
