We don't have a good big on offense...thats one of our major issues. Washington is not good because hes the Spasmanian Devil that never saw a shot he didn't like. Abu is too raw. Anya has potential to round into form, but hes never going to be "good" offensively. A put back guru and defensive guy. Freeman, bless his heart, is a poor mans richard howell.

Abu will end up being our best offensive big man. Just depends on when his game begins to mature.

Washington is easily our best offensive big. But I think Gott would rather the offense run through the guards and the bigs play more offball than KW usually does.

I agree with ^ and ^^. Washington is our best scoring threat of the four big men. Sometimes he rushes shots and takes shots not within the flow of the game. Defensively he has problems as well. Him not playing at all is a little odd i thought. Especially since the game was well in hand late.

It does seem diffcult to spread out the minutes between 4 mediocre big men when nobody gets in significant foul trouble.

Probably one of two things. Gott said he "wasn't ready to play" and add in the fact that the line up for VTech was playing four guards, and we needed more guards to match up.

We don't need anyone to transfer. Washington is just in a slump. Hopefully we can play well against BC or something and he can get some confidence back if Gott can give him some minutes. Obviously we don't need him playing any important minutes right now unless we are in foul trouble, but guys need a chance to play out of their funks. Look at Turner. Back to back solid shooting games after sucking dick for like a month.

Best offensive big? Who cares -- that's just being the tallest midget. He's a bad offensive player who just takes a lot of shots, taking the ball out of our good offensive players' hands. And he is a huge negative on defense.

Abu will most certainly be better than him on offense in the future, and probably Anya too. Abu is already a much better passer.

Freeman has no offensive game and he is a much more valuable player.

Playing 'with energy' means jack shit if you aren't playing good defense or getting boards. It means you are wasting energy. He wins the award for best at superficial shit that twista cares about that doesn't actually win games.

I don't see Purvis lighting up the courts at UCONN right now, and do you really think Tyler Lewis is gonna be missed? Why bitch about some cry babies bitching about playing time?
