I would look into the refund policy for two of the degrees and get a job with the 3rd one. So wait, you basically earned your first MS outright, and didn't successfully defend a dissertation twice as a doctoral candidate?

^No. I quit Phd b/c I have no interest in academic job. I've passed the PHD qualifier in 08.
