Meh I think playing VT on the road would be beneficial as it would be an easier road ACC win. Playing at home though coming off off the "bye" sets up nicely for us. No excuses if we don't blow them out (even though I still believe it will be too close for comfort).

They don't really have anything to win. I guess you could argue that if they won out they could still get an at large bid, but realistically the most they can be playing for is a .500 record which isn't that much motivation. That being said, this team still beat OK St. and we let scrub teams hang around.

^^I guess what I mean is bragging rights, not necessarily an NCAA bid. More so that it'll be a big deal if we lose, but if we win, it doesn't mean much to the media
