Think i am getting to the point i want to find an app to tabulate how much money i save not drinking. 2 boxes of vella/week comes to about 30.50 after tax per week. And thats absolute cheapest way to get a daily buzz as far as I can tell.

Had my first dream where i smoked. Felt guilty about it for a sec before i realized it was a dream.

Haha just reread and saw it. Was a kinda weird dream. Smoked with a former coworker that use to share smoke breaks with from like 2015-2019. That person has since passed. Also had my former car again too

I've never smoked, and can't really stand to be around people who do.

I had a job once where some coworkers were allowed to just go outside and do nothing several times a day. I started going outside and just playing on my phone the same amount of time, and eventually the useless breaks were eliminated.

I know several people who say they are going to quit, but they never do. I mean just don't put a cigarette in your mouth and light it, that's all you have to do

Also, I'm gonna quit wasting time on my phone any day now, I promise

Aha, I'm pretty sure this is trolling... But nah, it's been pretty well established that nicotine has addictive chemical qualities. And that's in addition to whatever else they put in cigarettes to keep you putting away. There is more to quitting than just not lighting up.
On another note, there are people that quit cold turkey, but their rates of relapse are much higher.
