Every government literally and metaphorically points guns at peaceful people. What happens in any country when you avoid paying taxes? When the police come, what happens if you don't agree to go with them? It's not to say that governments don't provide important services, but my assertion is that those services could be provided without the initiation of force. It's radical, but so was the idea of women's suffrage and the abolition of slavery a couple hundred years ago.

It's not radical, it's a fairy tale. You can't impose your will on others without any punitive measures availible to you. You can't stop people from stealing, murdering, or usurping.
