Looking strong against the Cowboys thus far.

Great game for him. Their defense and run game helped a lot though

Just saw the RW Levi's commercial...long commercial...good for him
9/19/2012 12:13:00 AM
Nice acting by Russel Wilson in a commercial for Levis. Hopefully he wont try to start a singing career instead and when Levis drops him, come back to acting and go with Wrangler. #NotBitter
9/19/2012 12:13:45 AM
but Wrangler will nestle your groin with the "U"-nest. I wouldn't have guessed that RW was a "V"-man.(i'm a fan of RW)

Seemed kind of heavy for a Jeans commercial, but awesome that he's getting some endorsements. I'm sure Nike will jump on him pretty big with him being in the NW

Levi's...Serious Business
9/19/2012 8:59:02 AM
I always thought Wilson's life story would make a great monologue for a clothing company.

WHY ISNT HE SPONSORED BY RUSSELL AND WILSON????They should pay him just for having the name.
9/19/2012 2:39:37 PM
or sue his parents

I like all the comments about how he was a selfish traitor.

It's been pretty tough sledding for RW so far. Barring injury It looks like RGIII has the ROY race already locked up, if Wilson is to have any shot he has to have a huge game against GB on Monday night.Seattle has a really good defense this year though so even if RW never really gets rolling they can still easily go .500 or better if he manages the game and doesn't make too many mistakes.I still think he has a chance to be a good QB in this league, but he's definitely realizing how steep the learning curve is in the NFL with the disguised looks at the line. One thing that is concerning is that his mobility hasn't been a weapon like it was in the preseason. He was never the fastest in college he just had great agility and vision. If he doesn't become a weapon with his feet eventually I'm not sure he can really have success in this league, it's just too important for him to be able to make plays when things break down because of his height.[Edited on September 23, 2012 at 8:39 AM. too bad his listed college is wisconsin http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/stats/_/id/14881/russell-wilsonhttp://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/25785
9/23/2012 10:22:23 AM
What's your listed college Ken?
9/23/2012 11:07:40 AM
Don't worry...the three years at NC State then playing baseball and then transferring to Wisconsin gets mentioned every game....
9/23/2012 12:21:04 PM
it would be pretty fucked up to not say wisconsin. think about it from a wisconsin perspective.
9/23/2012 1:00:58 PM
Or the fact that Wisconsin was where he was drafted from.
9/23/2012 1:15:28 PM
Wolfbadger in less than 1 hour!!!!!
9/24/2012 7:34:54 PM
I can see Wilson being the Andy Dalton to Newton's RGIII...but ESPN will continue to force Andrew Luck down our throats

9/24/2012 8:10:54 PM
sucked he didnt have a home at NC State
9/24/2012 8:43:44 PM
Here's his big chance. Both of these defenses have looked really good so far so this game might not be pretty though.Seahawks definitely have a chance if their offense can do anything because the Packers o-line is struggling and Jennings isn't healthy.Just realized Green Bay has played three ridiculously good defenses so far in San Fran, Chicago, and Seattle.
9/24/2012 8:46:57 PM
ha, i like how the seahawk db imitated rodger's "move" after he sacked him
9/24/2012 8:49:34 PM

sweet i need the Russell Wilson's +3.5 tonight to win my pigskin pick'em pool this week too. Was scared i was going to have to root for some stupid tiebreaker score instead
you know face, you catch a lot of shit, but I think you are a good poaster for the most part... even if I disagree, you at least have something to back you up and you are willing to put yourself out there and make bold predictions. Are they always right? no, of course not, but someone that never takes any stance cant talk about someone who does and is occasionally wrong. I applaud you.
9/24/2012 8:56:51 PM
Jesus Okung has 4 false starts in 61 minutes of game action. That's a complete joke
9/24/2012 9:00:56 PM
So... maybe I just havn't been paying attention the past few decades, but I thought that players introduce themselves on MNF, or is that just SNF?[Edited on September 24, 2012 at 9:02 PM. Reason : ]
9/24/2012 9:02:06 PM
there's that GB oline i was talking about.Seattle rushes only THREE and gets to Rodgers within 3 seconds. That's just terrible.^^^ thanks buddy. Opinions are like nutsacs. Only half of people have them and less than that are willing to share them with strangers.[Edited on September 24, 2012 at 9:05 PM. Reason : a]

haha Russel left because State didn't have the graduate program he wanted? yeahhhhhh
9/24/2012 9:14:26 PM
Even when they try to diplomatically explain why RW went to Wisconsin is still sounds like bullshit
9/24/2012 9:14:43 PM
lol
9/24/2012 9:15:08 PM
Russell is feeling the pressure and he has a tendency to start moving outside the pocket. The problem is most of the blitzes the Packers are bringing are from the edges so he's really moving into the pressure and he's not fast enough to outrun GB's speed. He's gotta step up in the pocket and make throws when they bring outside pressure. Not the easiest thing to do with his height and lackluster receivers.
