We already don't allow it. If discrimination is written in a company's policies, they will get pwnd. The only discrimination the law currently allows is discrimination that can't be proven.

^ It is actually much better than that. The employers in question don't actually believe they are being discriminatory. How the hell do you ban behavior when neither party believes the behavior is taking place?
