I could fill a book with the shit I've had to deal with from him and I'm done with it. Done with having a motorcycle in the living room for 10 months while he's "working" on it. Done with him lying to me about how he'll do shit around the house. Done with him "borrowing" money from me and forgetting to pay me pack (yes, he has a real job and I'm a grad student).I made a mistake, and now I'm going to fix it.So I need a cheap weekend type vacation within driving distance so I can get away on the bike next weekend. Let me know some suggestions. Might go camping in the mountains.[Edited on May 30, 2012 at 3:43 PM. Reason : ...]

Why did you marry him? Where do you live? Can make suggestions based on proximity

I'm in Cary.At the time I was sick, and he made me not feel as bad about myself for being lazy. Now that I'm better and can do shit again I'm tired of it. Warned him this might happen, but he seemed to think he'd somehow be able to make himself more ambitious. Instead he just talked about doing stuff and then didn't.

I'm trying to come up with ideas for a birthday vacation, something within driving distance of Philadelphia. I was thinking of camping, renting a cabin or something. My budget is a bit constrained. Anyone have ideas? it doesn't have to be camping, I'm just a city girl and I've never been so it popped in my head. My BF is a nature guy and loves that kind of thing
