Still available? Any chance you would consider renting for a year?

What's the parking situation?

Back on the market at $189,900. Still available.I don't think renting would be an option as we're trying to sell to build. As for parking, our unit is in an area with great parking. There are two spots reserved per townhome and then un-numbered guest spots. Near the front of the neighborhood can get crowded, but we never have any parking issues.

1) Will any appliances be left for the buyer?2) Question for the general TWW public: how long does the first-time home buying process take place? Do I have time to buy and move-in by early July at the latest?

^ We just moved into our new house two weeks ago. When you find a house and make an offer, you ask for a specific closing date. Standard is 45 days (so mid-June if you went under contract today), but you could ask for it to be as little as 30 days.Oh, and you asked MOODY about appliances. In NC, stove and dishwasher automatically convey. You can always ask for the fridge as a sellers concession.

We're open to leaving all appliances. The house is currently under contract with a crazy fast closing date (5/25/12). We would definitely accept a back-up offer just to be safe if anyone else loves it.

^Congrats, man! That's great news.^^Also, a built-in microwave (e.g. hung over the stove like in MOODY's place) automatically conveys as well.
