I've noticed I'm getting hungrier prior to lunch so this weekend I'm going to pick up a container of all natural protein powder to start adding to my oatmeal.

(before gym)

(after gym)
1/2 serving no carb isopure protein drink


breakfast:
3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus Cereal
1 sliced smushed banana (it fell out of my lunch bag and i slammed it in the car door )
1/2 cup [slushy] skim milk - work fridge got super cold!
