Of the mainstream ones, Cholula is my favorite. And I use Frank's on my air-fried wings.I'm going to (hopefully) be making some different ones this summer, with Fish Peppers, Buena Mulata (that's racist!) Peppers & Lemon Jalapenos. The last three are souvenirs from travel ('Buy Local' stores can be hit or miss, but these three happen to be decent).I like Frank's, but the association with hot wings is too great for me to use it as a daily driver.
