I was getting these for a while. -I am usually very cold, especially my feet. (like so cold you would think I am dead)-I get the dream of not finishing some class or a report due and I didn't read the book and can't find it.-I haz the Hashimotos and take thyroid medicine -so this could be the real reason.

- late 20s- havent had any sort of anxiety in years- extremely hot natured - average to slow metabolism- i have a bout 2 caffeinated beverages a week and that's normally a tea - Alcohol a few drinks sometimes on the weekend- keep the house cool, ceiling fan running on high light cotton sheets.

Are you really anxious before going to bed about things? Nightmares? memory foam mattress? Anything like that?I have night sweats sometimes but it's due to a strong nightmare of some sort.

I woke up drenched in sweat last night and we had the AC set to 68 Confused crab

it happens to me, but not terribly bad - it has to be cold in the room for me to sleep. like 68-72. if it's higher than that, I have to have more and more articles of clothing removed. I'm not sure what the tipping point is, but I could be completely naked and still get them.generally what happens is that I wake up and have to take a shirt off. then I'm fine after that.

Something must be going down. I have never had these before and in the last 2 weeks or so I have had them like every other night. And it's not just a walk in the park mist I wake up in a pool. It's like I'm running a marathon in my sleep or something. I'm curious about point my internet camera at me and seeing what happens on like a 3 second interval.

^I thought about that, but what if I find some paranormal shit and can't sleep for weeks

I get these every couple of weeks.I have a ceiling fan that is always on regardless of the temperature because of this. It helps a lot. I can almost guarantee that with the fan off, I will sweat a ton.I am hot natured. My wife calls me her personal furnace. I sleep nekid with only a sheet on top of me, and sometimes a blanket at the bottom of the bed over my feet. I have a king bed w/ high quality cotton sheets.

i get these often. it's miserable. i've been to the doctor to try to figure it out but things always check out normal.-i'm hot-natured, always have been-don't drink caffeine or alcohol-normal metabolism-not anxious, normal amount of stress, no trouble falling asleep-i keep the house like an ice box (poor Fumbler). i would love to use the ceiling fan but it bothers chris's sinuses & makes a really obnoxious knocking/clicking noise.

I contacted the Wicked Sheets company mentioned earlier in the thread and they were super nice. They sent me a sample of the fabric, and I really like it.My wife and I are about to order a set of sheets from them. Thanks for the recommendation!
