I personally like bmel's tan lines. She also is naturally darker for a whitey so it looks even better on her. IMO.
6/21/2011 9:44:33 PM
I think tan lines are cutebut only when nakedif you have tan lines, don't wear a strapless or one-shoulder shirt/dress...it looks trashy[Edited on June 21, 2011 at 9:45 PM. Reason : especially when at an event/wedding/etc]
6/21/2011 9:45:27 PM
Reasoning behind tan lines being awesomethe lighter skin means it's hidden and special.....reminder you're seeing the delicate parts!
6/21/2011 9:45:39 PM
^ yes! Plus pasty girls are hot, tan lines show that partly are
6/21/2011 9:47:33 PM
i dont have to see tanlines to know when I'm lookin at boobs
6/21/2011 9:48:42 PM

tan used to be considered ugly, it meant you were poor working in the fields/outside all day. Only the rich could afford to be pale. Now it's reversed.[Edited on June 21, 2011 at 9:59 PM. Reason : my vote is yes by the way]

http://www.heaven666.org/perfect-tan-lines-17402.php this year I'm trying to avoid tan lines
6/21/2011 10:01:32 PM
I think "popular" is whatever it is harder to be. It used to be cool to be chunky and pale and now you have to be skinny and tan.
6/21/2011 10:02:07 PM
Its not 1995so no, not hot

i always lose the straps to my bathing suitsit is hard to shoot the basketball or jump off the side with a strapless suitbut yea. i don't want strap lines. i wear a lot of strapless dresses in the summer. no thanks.
6/21/2011 10:20:58 PM
Tan lines don't "do it for me". I'll say indifferent...unless they are extremely defined tan lines, then no. But light tan lines are ok...nothing special.[Edited on June 21, 2011 at 10:27 PM. Reason : ]
6/21/2011 10:24:35 PM
No.I'm not big on tans in general. They aren't repellent or anything but I don't get it.
6/21/2011 10:36:08 PM
No... if tanning, go all out.
6/21/2011 10:36:47 PM
no. also strong tans in general are not attractive.[Edited on June 21, 2011 at 10:42 PM. Reason : a]
6/21/2011 10:42:44 PM
YES YES YES!!! those tan lines let me know that i am getting to see something that not everyone else gets to see, its like getting to see whats under the hood or seeing the wizard behind the curtain, but only i get to see it (well, at least at that particular time)
6/21/2011 10:44:55 PM
fuck yes
6/21/2011 10:48:08 PM
6/21/2011 11:27:09 PM

6/21/2011 11:30:10 PM
yes
6/21/2011 11:33:16 PM
mark me down as indifferent
6/21/2011 11:37:22 PM
Yes, depending on how defined they are, and the shape of what has been covered up.I am NOT a fan of those bikini bottoms that go high up on the waist.
6/21/2011 11:42:57 PM
6/21/2011 11:45:31 PM
ever since having an extremely terrifying lecture on skin cancer, I am truly embracing the paleness from here on out
6/21/2011 11:46:13 PM
Yes.ever seen Janine Lindemulder back in the day?shiiit
6/21/2011 11:46:29 PM
oh myyes.
6/21/2011 11:58:26 PM
Nope. Not attractive at all. I'm a redhead (read:: not tan) and prefer women who are the same way.
6/22/2011 12:03:53 AM
YESEspecially slight ones on pale girls

Put me down for a yes, but not for stupid strap tan lines. We're talking about tan lines over the boobs and below the waist.
6/22/2011 8:21:41 AM
YES.I've had to bury my erection in the sand so many times at the beach.
6/22/2011 8:27:23 AM
I'll go with No. I don't care too much about tans either way though.
6/22/2011 8:44:25 AM
Indifferent. I'm not a fan of a very pronounced line, but I'm also not a fan of tanning beds. Also, I thought this was about my ultra-pronounced farmers tan
6/22/2011 8:44:58 AM
Yes, within reason
6/22/2011 9:09:38 AM
^^ that actually pretty well imitates my exact thought process in regard to this thread.
6/22/2011 9:25:03 AM
NOT HOT.
6/22/2011 9:37:12 AM
I try to stay out of the burn/tan zone because I'm prob on the brink of skin cancer at all times. I do swim outdoors so I'm not always the best at the 50spf sunblock slather so a burn-then-tan is inevitable. PS- I was told there really is no such thing as an SPF above 30. I guess I use the 50 to feel better about myself.
6/22/2011 9:39:59 AM
I coordinated a wedding this weekend (duh) and one of the bridesmaids showed up to the rehearsal this weekend wearing a strapless dress with crazy tan lines and a super red chest like she just went on the beach the day before....it took everything I had not to make a comment
6/22/2011 9:43:10 AM
not a fan of tanlines. Anything worth doing is worth doing to completion.
